It works pretty well but the taste is not good at all

I've tried many Preworkout powders, and this one is really, really good. It contains so many ingredients that help your body pre and post workout. It's easy to drink as the taste is good for a Preworkout, and it mixes well. I feel I don't burn out as quickly during my workout. If you're looking for a new Preworkout or just to change it up, give this one a try.

It's a 3-star because it did nothing to me even I took a full spoon before workout. I had something else before and it works better than this.

I was positively intimidated by this product, but I had to give it a try! The warning label was longer than any I've seen for something I've put in my mouth, but I read it and studied the directions and tried it anyway. Thankfully I've already had all the children I want. So, I mixed a half scoop of the mysterious white crystalline powder into about eight oz. of water and watched the water turn blue as I stirred it. Then I took it to my desk, and rather than "slam it back" as the directions said, I sipped it over a few minutes. I waited for a caffeine buzz to hit which would sustain me for hours, but nothing much happened. At least I didn't grow scales or extra heads. I didn't even go mad. And for something that comes across as a chemical powder to mix with water, it tasted OK. (Y'all know that raspberries aren't really blue, right?) Just because I didn't feel a caffeine buzz from this doesn't mean you won't. And even if it seems this is a lot of money to pay for somewhere over nine ounces of powder, a little goes a long way. If this is a substitute for a latte before your workout, 50 servings will pay for itself many times over. Happy mutating! Update: I tried it a couple more times. Can definitely feel the caffeine now. It seems to creep up on me after a few minutes rather than the more immediate caffeine buzz brought on by a cup of coffee. I would definitely recommend not using a full scoop and "slamming it back" for a first try. Also, no matter how much water I use to dissolve this stuff, many crystals remain in the bottom of my glass undissolved. It reminds me of Tang back when I was a kid. You'd think by now someone would figure out how to get all of something like this to dissolve in water.
