This is a great unit, and $15 was an exceptional price for it (compared to worse units at $30!). The ability to collapse and expand for storage/use is great and the deeper bowl is very nice to minimize splashing. The fountain unit works quite nicely and rechargeable batteries hold up fine. The fountain also isn't affected by epsom salts negatively and a deep resevoir keeps the water warm longer than the shallow pans. The unite also comes with a lovely soft rag bundled up like a little figure, but I didn't have the heart to take the dolly apart so now I just have a bath angel to go with the unit.

If you need on of these get this one . Easy to use and solved my needs most admirably. Easy to clean and store for continued use . Highly recommend .

Update 9/6/2024: The supplier read my review and immediately contacted me. They offered a refund for the pump. I wanted the pump assembled, and they immediately sent out a new pump. It is back to normal and I now have what I expected. I have updated my review from a low rating to a 5 star for customer service and satisfaction. Original review I had high hopes for this to help my roids. It worked good for rhe first 50-60 days (20-30 days past warranty period) then the pump quit workimg. Just doesn't do the same job sitting in the bath as having the water gently squirming on you. Would not recommend unless tou.onky want it for 45 days or so. But we all know roids are not just a 45 day experience

Horrible product! This product does not deserve 1star!! This was the SECOND one I received from this company! I had to return the first one because it completely quit working after 3 uses (even after replacing with new batteries) I returned it and allowed them to send a replacement. The replacement only worked TWICE!! So, I’m packing it all back up & returning and requesting a REFUND!

Could have more power / stronger water flow. *Battery operated!* Somehow I thought it was a rechargeable unit but its not. Disappointed in that, but overall, not a bad unit.

The sitz bath with a water pump is a game changer! Super comfortable, easy to use, and provides instant relief. The pump keeps the water flowing perfectly. Both bath and pump is made with quality materials. It was nicely package with a cleaning cloth its also very easy to clean. I highly recommend.
