Incredibly useful for notes / minutes taking

This is a very clever little bit of kit, works exceptionally well with the AI and takes a lot of the worry out of the receding and summary process. It’s a ‘must have’ for when you have lots of information being put around verbally, it reassures you you haven’t missed anything and that you have evidence of discussions. However.. yo have to have your phone on speaker for it to hear both sides of the call. Whilst small,the recorders light lets everyone know that it’s on and recording. Its biggest failure, which I believe is being worked on, is that you can only use it with the app. So editing ad listing to calls or even accessing the summaries are done on your phone. Once it can be accessed from your computers, this will be a game changer. Summary? Absolutely necessary bit of clever technology !! AAA++

If you have an iPhone, and you want to record meetings, voice recorder can do a much better job, until Plaud ups their game. Sticking to my iPhone for now. Will try their next iteration, may be it will be improved by then.

The proprietary charger is a problem. If you attach the Plaud with the enclosed magnetic ring and carry it with your phone, the battery is likely to have run out just when you need it and you have no convenient method of charging it without the proprietary cable, which you won't carry with you as a habit

Why did you choose this product over others?: Good case but one was already included so didn’t need it

The actual product is well made but its useless because its hard to get notes out once they are in and also it make the phone cumbersome and it fall off the phone frequently. I never use it now.
