Want to remove stain from coat won’t go in washing machine- will it still treat stain

Don’t now about spraying with out washing. But can’t think it won’t work as good as not washing it.I have used it many times and swear by it. Especially on carpets.Let it dry after spraying (it frothes up) and it disappears.Do not rub it. Hope this helps.

Yes, you spray on the dirt a couple of minutes before you put into washing machine.

Does it remove blood and dried-in tough stains?

Not had to remove blood stain, but every stain I have used it on it has removed it without a trace, oil,lipstick wine and ketchup, very good product
