Loved the first one so I got a second
The first one I received worked great but the 2nd one was defective; usb doesn’t work and wireless charging also didn’t work. Barely charges using cord even though the lights show that it still has charge in it.

Solid
It’s bulkier than I expected from looking at the pictures, but it does fit into my pocket while attached to the UAG case holding my iPhone 14 Pro Max, so it’s going to serve my purpose to maintain a charge and wireless service while in remote areas.

Urban Armor gearing you up on the go
The Urban Armor Battery Pack has become an essential part of my everyday carry. With 10,000 mAh and 20-watt charging, it’s fast and powerful enough to charge my phone multiple times. The MagSafe connection makes it super convenient to snap onto the back of my phone, and if I need an even faster charge, I can just plug in a USB-C cable and it’s off to the races. One of my favorite features is the built-in kickstand. It came in handy during a theme park visit—I propped it up, charged my phone, and watched videos while having lunch. The IPX4 water resistance is another big plus, giving me peace of mind during unexpected rain. Its multiple USB-C ports are fantastic, letting me charge both my phone and my wife’s at the same time, avoiding the hassle and fight of who gets the charger first. While it’s on the thicker side and a bit more expensive than other options, the rugged build, reliable performance, and fast charging make it totally worth it. If you’re not using a battery pack as part of your everyday carry, this one might just convert you.Summary:A rugged and fast-charging battery pack with MagSafe convenience, multiple USB-C ports, and a built-in kickstand. Perfect for on-the-go power, even in challenging conditions, and a must-have for everyday carry.Pro/Con List:• 10,000 mAh capacity with 20-watt fast charging• MagSafe attachment for convenience• Built-in kickstand for easy phone use while charging• IPX4 water resistance for added durability• Multiple USB-C ports to charge multiple devices at once• Slightly thick and bulky• Higher price, but worth the quality and features

Heavy duty, strong magnet
I am mainly using this power bank with my iPhone 15 Pro Max with a MagSafe compatible Nomad case, and with an iPad with a USB-C port. Pay attention to the specs, because it’s intended for relatively recent phone models and might not work on your phone or devices. For example, it doesn’t work for my husband’s iPhone SE, which doesn’t have MagSafe charging or use a USB-C or USB-A cable for charging.Out of the box, the power bank was about half charged. I plugged it into my USB-C charging cable and it took maybe half an hour to reach full charge. (Note that the power bank can be charged only with a USB-C cable.) The charging level of the power bank is indicated by four dots on the bottom of the charger. (Note that while this comes with a nice heavy-duty 4-foot USB-C to USB-C charging cable, it doesn’t come with an AC power adapter. Not a problem here, since I already have several, as I suspect most people do.)I waited until my iPhone charge was down to 20%, then put it on top of fully-charged power bank. The magnetic attraction is strong. I could pick up the phone and the power bank stayed firmly attached. I could use the kickstand to orient the power bank and attached phone vertically or horizontally, and the phone stayed firmly attached. It took 3.5 to 4 hours for the iPhone to charge from 20% to 80% It’s worth noting that I was using the phone for two of those hours and that I have my phone set to 80% max charge. I’m not sure how much time the charging took between that 3.5 and 4 hours, because I was out mowing the lawn and didn’t see exactly when the charge reached 80%.Next, without recharging the power bank, I used its cable to charge my iPad. It took two hours to charge the iPad from 42% to 72%, but at that point the power bank had run out of charge. The description says the power bank’s “battery capacity is enough to provide up to 2.5 full charges to your smartphone, up to a full charge to your tablet.” So I guess it’s fair enough that it gave me one full charge of my iPhone plus a 30% increase in the charge level on my iPad.The power bank does get quite warm while charging, but not actually hot.The two ports are covered and marked in/out and out. I worry a little bit that the writing will eventually rub off. But I suppose that by the time it does, my brain will have memorized which is which.I didn’t conduct any drop experiments, but the power bank definitely appears to be well protected, and I feel confident it can survive the usual types of falls.
