The 5 Pack Faraday Bags EMP Proof can be a valuable tool for those seeking to protect
Why did you pick this product vs others?: 🔒 Overview Faraday bags are designed to shield electronic devices from electromagnetic interference (EMI), including threats like electromagnetic pulses (EMPs), RFID tracking, and other wireless signals. These bags are commonly used by individuals concerned with digital privacy, security, and preparedness. Signal Blocking: Many users report that these bags effectively block various signals, including cellular, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS. For instance, one reviewer noted that their phone couldn't receive calls or messages when placed inside the bag Variety of Sizes: The 5-pack typically includes bags of different sizes, accommodating a range of devices from smartphones to laptops and key fobs. Build Quality: Some users commend the construction of the bags, mentioning features like sturdy stitching and reliable closures. ⚠️ Cons: Inconsistent Performance: Not all users have experienced consistent results. For example, one reviewer mentioned that after placing a laptop in the largest bag for 8 minutes, the device was still able to connect to the internet upon removal . Waterproof Claims: Some bags have been reported to fail waterproof tests, with water leaking through the seams or the bottom of the bag Limited Fire Resistance: While some bags claim to be fireproof, there is limited independent verification of this feature. The 5-Pack Faraday Bags EMP Proof can be a valuable tool for those seeking to protect their devices from electromagnetic threats and unauthorized tracking. However, it's essential to manage expectations regarding their effectiveness, especially concerning waterproofing and fire resistance. For critical applications, such as safeguarding essential electronics during an EMP event, consider investing in higher-quality, military-grade Faraday bags

Amazing protection and peace of mind
These Faraday bags work exactly as advertised and give real peace of mind when it comes to protecting devices from unwanted signals. I tested them with phones, key fobs, and small electronics, and once sealed inside, there was no signal getting in or out. Calls did not come through, Bluetooth disconnected immediately, and car key fobs could not unlock doors. The materials feel thick and well-made, with solid stitching and strong closure seals that do not feel flimsy or cheap. They are easy to use and do not require any setup or technical knowledge. The pockets are roomy and since it comes with 5, you can pretty much have a bag for any kind of device.

GREAT PRODUCT
Very happy with this purchase. They work great. I was worried about the sizes at first, buy when they arrived, they were bigger than I imagined. Very pleased with this product and may purchase more in the future

They do not block all calls
Some calls get through even though the top is tightly secured. That said, for the most part, they block calls and that helps me concentrate on work so for my purposes, they are good enough. They are nice, heavy, well constructed bags. I like them.

Great insurance against calamity for a great price
Big enough for an 18" laptop and accessories. Totally kills cell and wifi signals from reaching contents. Should work fine in an EMP/Solar Flare situation. This is the second set I have ordered. They are large enough to hold folding solar panel chargers, radios, batteries and several LED flashlights. Better to have these and not ever need them than need them and not have them. Great insurance against calamity for a great price. Highly recommended!

Effectively blocks bluetooth signal while shielding EMF/EMP
My mini 100ah LiFePO4 battery fits like a glove inside this extra large faraday bag which shields EMF while stored. This is probably not a 'typical use case'. Out of curiosity, being the tech nerd that I am, I wanted to see if I could block the bluetooth signal emitted from my mini 100AH LiFePO4 battery when I wasn't using it. Blocking it would mean one less BT beacon and one less BT radiation transmitter inside my home as well as full protection from an EMP. To achieve complete signal blocking, I looked for a proven prefab solution that's durable, waterproof and easy to use. This extra large faraday pouch turned out to be the perfect fit by confirming size requirements. After properly closing and sealing the opening of the faraday bag, which consists of a sturdy, layered, foldable fabric with velcro sealed enclosure, I was able to completely block the bluetooth signal. It's a very snug fit for the mini battery and I sealed up and removed it multiple times to be sure it would hold up and perform consistently. I confirmed bluetooth signal detection with multiple smart phones and even an expensive and highly sensitive EMF signal detector. I found the enclosure needed to have flat, smooth contact, neatly folded and completely velcro sealed to completely block signal . Because the faraday bag's interior is made of a highly conductive copper mesh fiber, I made absolutely sure that the battery terminals were completely protected from any possible contact using insulating covers and tape. I also put it inside a large plastic bag before sliding it into the faraday bag which probably helps protect the copper mesh. After measuring my battery dimensions, required pouch size and space requirements, I determined that this pouch would fit over the fairly big battery like a glove. It passed the test and works great. Mini LIFEPO4 battery now sits stealthily inside the bag in my closet as an emergency power backup, protected from emf, water, fire and other elements. I'm assuming being "fireproof" that this battery chemistry may be safer inside the bag while in storage in case of fire and the high vis reflective tape may allow for locating it quickly with flashlight in an emergency. My mini 100ah battery size: 6.61"D x 10.24"W x 8.3"H. Faraday Bag size: Extra Large-16.9"x15". Happy with purchase. I'm confident the other sizes work well for effectively protecting and/or signal blocking laptops, smartphones, keyfobs, etc. which is likely your more typical use case. Btw, I've read that thieves will sometimes use Bluetooth signal detectors near locked cars to scan for laptops and other Bluetooth or wifi emitting electronics inside as a way to find theft targets. It's always good to protect and make stealthy expensive electronics these days.
