We purchased the 10-in-1 model and liked it a lot except for some annoyingly loud vibrations. After reading a few reviews talking about vibration from an unbalanced fan, we took a chance and returned it, getting instead the stainless 10-in-1 model with thermometer, and the noise is gone. The oven is great - looks good, simple controls, easy to read display, preheats quickly, quiet. Just be aware there are some quality control issues with the fan and make sure you get one that doesn’t have that issue. Update: stainless 10-in-1 model continues to perform like a champ. We didn’t think the meat probe was important, but we use it often to cook a whole chicken or a roast. Very convenient. We love this oven. One minor quibble - selecting which protein for the probe is confusing. You have to use the function buttons, which normally only switch between to cooking modes (bake, toast, air fry, etc) to select the protein (beef, chicken, fish). Not intuitive or well explained in manual. But we LOVE this oven despite that quirk.

So far so good. Bakes well. Air fry very well. Big enough to do a lot in. It does take a lot of counter space. It’s quiet. Easy to use. Has many functions. Heats up quick. Efficient.

It's weak, you have to cook way longer then the recommendation on any package you are cooking. Undercooker. I had the Foodi Indoor Grill, and it wasn't weak, It didn't undercook. For what I'm paying for this grill I should not have this problem! Forget cooking on 2 racks at the same time. Really, disappointed, last time I'm buying from Foodi. This grill is junk. I have to find another Multi grill/air fryer. This one is not it! Save your money....

If you’re still contemplating to add this to your home, STOP! It is worth every penny. I use mine 2-3 per week and it cooks to perfection. (I’ve virtually stopped using my standard kitchen oven.). Ninja has a winner here!

I bought this to replace our old toaster oven and also wanted to get an air fryer. It is great that it replaces many appliances at once. We have a small kitchen/apartment so we cant waste any counter space. We have used it for about a week, and i love the size (fits a lot of food), and so far everything i have cooked has turned out well. Cant really complain, it does what it advertises. I love the way it looks and it comes with all the racks and pans you would need, although i may buy extra air fry baskets eventually(only comes with 1....but its bigger than most). Note that it has a fairly loud fan noise, and does have a bit of a metallic rattle sound at times when the fan revs up. Probably the metal bake trays sitting on the metal rack or maybe just the racks themselves. The exterior also gets very hot, so you need to be careful and definitely do not want to leave anything on top of it while its running. I had trouble deciding whether to buy this one for the extra cost, or what looked like the older version that looked the same but had a black colored handle. So far i am happy with it and I like the integrated thermometer.

An amazing piece of equipment

My full gas oven very rarely gets used now. This thing does everything amazingly while keeping the kitchen cool. It is huge and all the accessories are great. Chef Chris Young did a review on this, and he makes a small mistake saying that it can't be used for baking without the convection fan. The reheat function can be used for baking if you don't want to use the convection fan! Like all counter top ovens and toaster ovens, this thing is not particularly easy to DEEP clean, but it is very easy to spot clean any issues as long as you do it right away. For example, if there is splatter on the glass or the crumb tray, just take care of it before it sets. As for getting crumbs and into the deeper parts of the oven, you will have to dedicate some time to do it, and trust me, the sooner the better. Don't let the oven get too dirty. Take care of future you by cleaning regularly. A small tip is to make sure that you get a brush to clean the air frying basket. It will shred your sponges. I cannot overstate how much I love this oven.
