Phiaton BT 390 on Ear Hi-Fi Stereo Wireless Bluetooth Headphones, Foldable, Noise Isolation, EverPlay-X Wireless Headset, 30 Hours Play Time, with Deep Bass Stereo and Mic, White

I purchased a Phiaton BT 390 Bluetooth Headset through Amazon on August 9, 2024. The return window closed on Sep 8, 2024 The ear piece disintegrated two weeks later. No response after multiple attempts to contact Phiathon regarding warranty.

I use these while lifting weights at the gym and am surprisingly impressed with how well they stay on my head. Although I'm not running and jumping around, they still stay put better than my boyfriend's beats when i would borrow them. The battery life is awesome! After a month of daily use(about an hour at a time) the battery is still at moderate after only the initial first charge. Very happy with this purchase and would do it again in a heartbeat

I like the feel and sound quality of the headphones. But this is the 2nd time I have purchased a pair because the padding will break and come off. This time it has happened really quickly. I tried gluing them on, but they are still pulling off. See pic. So frustrating. Just poor quality materials on the foam pads which is a shame because these are otherwise a really good set of headphones.

Update: The first pair cracked in the headband, making them useless, after about a year. Phiaton was cool about replacing them for free. But then two years later the ear pads had degraded and burst stitching so I ordered replacement ear pads from the Phiaton site. Cool that they offer those, but most cushions were not available and they said there were only ten left for the bt390. Sadly an hour later the replacement pair cracked in the same place. I improvised a splint, but a few days later the other side broke in the same place on the opposite side. Again, Phiaton was cool about cancelling the order for the replacement pads and sent me a discount coupon for a new pair. Given that the main problem with bluetooth headphones is the need to recharge often, it seems like a no -brainer to include a decently big battery in bluetooth headphones. Yet most don't. I have had these for a week of heavy use, and haven't needed to recharge yet. Another nice thing is that the voice system gives multiple levels of battery health; I have heard "Full" and "Medium"; I presume there will be a "low" before they die. This is better than other cheaper BT headphones that would only say "low" when they were about to die and don't have enough charge to last more than a half hour. Comfort is good; I prefer small sized headphones because they distribute the pressure over the stronger parts of the ear; so called over the ear headphones these days are often so small that they cover at least part of the earlobes, putting all the pressure on that touchy part, causing long term annoyance/pain. The weight of 7 ounces is low enough that they don't feel heavy. Sound quality is good; it seems like they have a nicely flat frequency response, but less bass than most headphones. There seems to be a little more distortion than most headphones; not sure if it's the drivers or power efficient amplifiers inside. These work great for my main use of watching TV without waking the house, but they wouldn't be my favorite for listening to high quality music, although most people wouldn't probably be as particular as myself and would find them just fine for music.

After three months a small piece of the plastic broke and made them unable to be used. I was never rough with them. Went to reorder new ones because I liked these a lot and the price jumped $20. Nice. I'll be ordering a different brand. UPDATE: Ended up giving in and buying a second pair and within a few months the plastic broke, making them totally useless. What a waste.

Great sound for inexpensive headphones. My husband loves them. They are comfortable and they hold a charge forever. The range is probably around 50' so you can walk away from your bluetooth device and the headphones stay connected UPDATE: December 2019 Fantastic customer service. Had a small issue, sent them an email and had a response right away. Customer service communicated with me and kept me posted throughout the process. Very happy with their product and people. Great company!

I returned the headphones the day I received them. The sound quality at higher volume levels was very poor.

These headphones are awful. After wearing them once the ear cover parts fully fell off and peeled off. They are basically useless now.

After a year still work well, been carrying them loose in a bag and no damage so decent quality.

Broke after 3 months of light use and I can't seem to return them. Would not recommend.

Overall, they are great pair of headphones. Pros: Excellent sound quality. At this price, I don’t know how it could be any better. Really well designed and made to fit in smaller places. Foldable design. Unique design and colour. I like this, because it doesn’t look like another cheap copy of Bose or Sony. Excellent battery life. Cons: Call quantity is not as good as they claim. Mine failed to connect with my Samsung tablet on Bluetooth.
