It's a good product. Very clear images. Durable. Solar power is very effective. The charge lasts for 24 hrs. Excellent Quality, worth the price.

I recently purchased the True View Solar CCTV, and I am quite disappointed with its performance. The product is not worth the price. The video quality is poor, even in good lighting. The app also has multiple issues, especially the custom motion detection feature, which does not work properly. Another frustrating problem is that the camera keeps showing prompts to buy cloud storage, even though it already has SD card storage. This makes the user experience very inconvenient. Overall, the device does not provide reliable security, and I would not recommend it until these issues are fixed.

Product not working kindly arrange for return are replacement

The solar panel is the one thing that works best. No complaints on that front. These are probably the best on the Indian market BUT, yes, there are some BUTS: 1. Poor programming in parts. Example: Camera movement not in arrow directions but in the opposite direction instead. I own quite a few of the same model but from different productions and they work the opposite. 2. No automatic firmware updates possible on the two 4G models I own (10+2) by which they could correct the nonsense described in #1. So, different flaws are apparent in different productions. 3. Incorrect English in the cheap, single page instruction manual literature provided, as also in the corresponding TrueCloud App. 4. The 3MP cameras are just okay, not perfect. 5MP cameras would serve better but yes, they will eat up some bandwith. 5. The Cloud access is insufficient and often, there is more on the SD card than in the Cloud within the same time frame. Why? 6. Even though other devices in the camera's environment show a 4-5 bar signal strength, the camera itself only shows 1-2 bars, both for the same telecom provider. That leads to performance and remote access issues. 7. These devices are outdoor devices but I have one device that gave up completely in the rains. It'll be out for service soon and that's when I will see how good Trueview are with their after sales service (repair). Poor gaskets, sloppy assembly -- what led to this? Better solutions are also needed for... 7. The fixed camera in this model does not trigger movement but it should, especially if one has the 'home' positions facing opposite directions. Other than the above... 8. Night vision is fairly good. 9. Battery life is excellent for the many images and videos that get triggered with excessive activities. It's all in the details...

Had an absolutely terrible experience with this camera. I bought it on Amazon and received a defective product. When I contacted Amazon, they said it falls under “service center–based replacement” and asked me to reach out to the brand directly. I contacted the company the very next day, and they told me to ship the camera (at my own expense) to their service center for repair/replacement. It was delivered to them on 2nd August 2025, and today is 20th August 2025 — yet there has been no update, no repair, and no replacement. The service center doesn’t answer calls, True View customer care has no idea about the status, and Amazon refuses to issue a refund without a denial letter from the company — which the company simply doesn’t provide. All I keep hearing is “send more emails,” which clearly solves nothing. Ironically, I also bought another camera from the same brand which works fine — but after this ordeal, I know that if something goes wrong, you can forget your money. The company clearly has zero interest in customer service. Update (29th August 2025): Neha (Customer Service Specialist) and her senior Suhit from Amazon have both confirmed that without a denial letter from TrueView, Amazon won’t take any action. TrueView, on the other hand, refuses to issue such a letter. That leaves me with no product, no refund, and no resolution. This means TrueView is cheating customers through Amazon, and Amazon is enabling it by hiding behind their policies.
