Last summer I had 3 UtI"s back to back. Went to the ER for the last one. My doctor was going to send me to a urologist but a nurse friend of mine had told me about Uqora. I asked the doctor to let me give it a try for a couple of months and if it wasn't helping I would go to the urologist...I started with the flush right away and the defend right after... I have NOT had another UTI since last year!! :)

I think taking two pills was too much for me I cut back to one a day and it seems to be helping me.
