Works wonders
The media could not be loaded. I was taking a fenugreek vitamin before but I had to take 2 vitamins, 3 times a day and I am horrible with remembering my vitamins. I have an alarm for my prenatal and magnesium and iron but having three alarms throughout the day in the middle of everything I have going on was just intrusive. So I decided to give this a try. It’s easy. I just mix two packets into two bottles at the beginning of my day, and just drink one at breakfast and one at dinner. Way simpler. On top of it, my left nipple is inverted and my left breast has produced significantly less than my right one ever since my baby was born. And she doesn’t latch because my right nipple is too big for her mouth and obviously the left inverted one is going to be difficult as well. So I exclusively pump for her to avoid the stress it was putting her under trying to force her.Let me just say. I was able to get maybe 2-3oz from my left one before. And I just pumped 10 minutes ago and I got 5.5oz from my left one. And over 6oz from my right. I have only been drinking for 3 days and already have an abundance again! It smells like maple syrup, BUT THATS NORMAL. There’s a lot of reviews saying it has a weird nasty smell, but that is maple syrup ladies. That is the odor from the fenugreek. And taking fenugreek you will also smell a bit like syrup yourself. It’s NORMAL. Don’t let those reviews scare you off. It barely tastes like anything, has a slight sweetness to it. It is easy to down. I just chug the whole thing to get it out of the way. Tastes SLIGHTLY of maple syrup as well but it’s not over powering. You barely taste it. Please, if you are desperate to see an increase in your milk supply, give this a chance. Lots of women complaining of the smell and taste, but even if it doesn’t suit your taste buds, I think it’s worth it if it means your little one gets more milk in my opinion. As moms we have to do whatever it takes for them. And as long as it’s not harming you, I think we can put up with a flavor that’s not of the sweetest variety and a smell that’s not a field of roses. Our kids come first.Give it a chance and see for yourself, what can it hurt? All I know is my baby is eating REAL GOOD. 🫡👍🏼

Would highly recommend!😍
Highly recommend for anyone breastfeeding! It boosted my supply so much, to the fact that I had a freezer stash of milk for my little one! I’d recommend drinking the chocolate one in cold milk, and the berry one mixed with a little lemon water! So refreshing and you can’t taste the fenugreek!

Boosts milk supply but acquired taste!
I used these daily at the beginning of breastfeeding/pumping journey. After a few months my freezer supply was stocked up so I decreased my pumps and forgot to reorder more milk flow. After 9 months postpartum and dropping to 3 pumps per day, I can see how much my supply has decreased so I reordered Milkflow and I can already see an ounce increase per pump after a day. The chocolate flavor tastes a lot better than the mix berry but it’s still strong so I like to use 1 part almond milk, 1 part water and a squirt of chocolate syrup. Use a shaker bottle and it seems to mask the taste well :-)

Affordable, but Didn't Work for Us Personally
We were hopeful about this product, especially with the great price and positive reviews. The chocolate flavor was fine, and we appreciated the added electrolytes and natural ingredients like fenugreek. We bought several boxes in hopes it would help boost milk supply for my wife, but unfortunately, it just didn’t make a difference in our case.To be fair, this might come down to individual biology, lactation can be complex, and not every product will work for every person. It may be helpful for others, and I wouldn't say it's a bad product overall, but we didn’t get the results we were looking for.Still giving three stars because it’s well-formulated, reasonably priced, and might be effective for others.

Use a frother to mix!
I read all the reviews stating this was hard to mix and was left clumpy, and I agree. If you use a spoon to mix this into liquid it will not mix well and you will be drinking little clumps of chocolate powder, which didn’t bother me all that much but I get it. Not ideal. Enter the frother. I had bought one (here on Amazon) for something like $6 because another drink powder product I had purchased recommended it be mixed using a frother. So I tried it with this product and lo and behold, it worked incredibly well. Yes, I like to mix it with milk and yes, it made my cold chocolatey beverage foamy on top. I drink it with a straw. It’s delicious. The foam eventually dissipates. I love it. Tastes great and I do feel it has helped increase my supply somewhat. Use the frother! It works.
