I absolutely love this shampoo and conditioner! As I was planning on having a kerastraight treatment on my hair, I needed to find a shampoo conditioner that was both salt and sulphate free. After researching what one was best, I decided to go for this product over the kerastraight one. If I'm honest, the price did put me off a little at first. However, it was more than worth the money! Both items have a lovely, soft coconut scent which is fresh and not overwhelming. The shampoo lathers surprisingly well for a sulphate free shampoo and a little goes a long way. With the conditioner, you only need the smallest amount as it spreads really well and it's more like an intensive conditioner. My hair feels lovely and clean after using the products and it's left feeling soft, healthy and manageable. As you only need such a small amount of both the shampoo and conditioner, the price is offset as the bottles last ages! After my kerastraight treatment stared to wear off (about 4 1/2 months), my hair was still far softer, shinier and more manageable than before. This I attribute to the shampoo and conditioner. I've just had another kerastraight treatment and bought more of the NYK1 products. I'll definitely continue to use them even if I don't keep up with the kerastraight!

I regularly have the keratin treatment on my hair so am always looking for sulphate etc free shampoos so was pleased to find another. I used it for the first time today and it has left my hair looking so shiny and feeling very soft. Will definitely buy the bigger bottles next time.

This used to be my favourite shampoo/conditioner (had been using it for over a year), even over Kerastase. It had a lovely coconut smell, a very thick consistency consistency, a lovely light pink colour and by far the most hydrating I've ever used - showering felt magic.NOT ANYMORE FOLKS, something has changed since my last order and the quality has now gone down the drain, nothing in the conditioner feels the same. The ingredients on the bottle are still the same however, which can only mean one of the two: the product has been purposely watered down, or, the most recent batch is defective.Until this is addressed, I won't be purchasing another bottle - it's not even worth £8 on its current state.Edit - they offered me a free replacement and apologised for the error, apparently it was a bad batch. The replacement still wasn't the same as what I was used to have but it was much better. Haven't bought it since but at least they've gone far and beyond to rectify the error

I bought this product based on the reviews & I'm sorry but I have to say the shampoo & conditioner are absolutely terrible. I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt & have used it now for 2 weeks. But I just can't use it anymore. It really irritates your scalp, it makes your head so itchy, flaky & just not pleasant feeling at all. It has also discoloured my extensions turning them orange, so I'm going to have to strip the extensions & tone to get rid of the awful discolouration. This had never happened with other extension products I've used. The smell of the product is bland, not awful but not very pleasing either. It has completely dried out my hair & has left it in awful condition. My hair was high end hair that I paid a fortune for & was in perfect condition for 3 months until i used this & now it's completely ruined This has been a total waste of money because like I said I had high hopes after reading the reviews & seeing that it was recommended as amazon's choice, but honestly this product is absolutely awful. Please don't not buy this you will honestly regret it.

Really been enjoying this shampoo and conditioner. I have used sls free products in the past and found them quite unimpressive. I have also been silicone free for a while and like that too. So when I saw this combo I was happy to give it a shot. I have quite tricky hair and sensitive scalp, and I do quite a lot of exercise so have to wash my hair often. i have been using olaplex shampoo and conditioner consistentlyfor about 2 years. I find this a simpler product but it performs well! My hair is just as smooth and manageable. Also hasn’t given me any dandruff! Huge bottle so it should last longer than the olaplex, much more affordable. Would definitely recommend!

Love the smell of this and it seems very nice in my hair, but I could not get the pumps to work, nor was the flip down caps which means I have to unscrew the lids everytime I use them which is not great

Amazing stuff my extensions feel like silk will definitely buy again x
