These tablets are amazing!!! You will so not be disappointed, when you go to the loo you wipe and there’s nothing on the tissue, you feel clean and ready if you catch my drift for any activities 😈. I’ve been using these for around a year and I have thrown away my douching kits. These work every single time, however if drinking then sometimes they don’t work quite as well .

A pretty good product, I use the ‘Bottom’ supplements and they make douching a breeze, only took a few go’s and was clean quite fast and stayed clean until after the morning if you know what I mean, makes spontaneous fun a lot more achievable 🙌🏻👏🏻

The Bottom supplements are amazing and is now appear if my daily routine. It makes douching so much quicker and easier also making me cleaner for longer. 10/10 would recommend to anyone!!

This didn't really do much for me but maybe my expectations were too high.It is a light fibre supplement but not much more than that.I thought the mix of ingredients would make movements regular and cleaner. Which would then help cleanse thoroughly and quickly when needed (especially at short notice or after a meal: laxatives don't do this, they take ages to work and they can be very messy).I would stick to the standard long water douche and maybe skip a meal or two before partying!If they were cheaper I might keep trying for anothrr month but their price has actually gone up.

A little on the large side for tablets and after taking for 3 weeks I've not noticed any change.

Great for regulating bowl habits regardless
