I can only say and let me be VERY CLEAR, This item is a GREAT addition to my coffee journey. Solid, well built looks amazing probably with any kitchen or coffee bar you may have. Heavy and Durable and just an overall piece of equipment needed for anyone looking for an organizer for your espresso accessories. I personally I have 8 plus grinders, (electric and manual) 4 coffee scales, over 28 ways of making coffee. Espresso machines and appliances , pour overs, siphon, Vietnamese phins, Drip and other ways of making my coffees. So it was obvious i needed a product like this. WELL WORTH IT friends..... A word of the company, IF I could give more than 5 stars I would. I did have a small issue with this (not worth a mention) but the company reached out QUICKLY and with the utmost respect for the consumer. We have all bought something somewhere and if ever you were extremely satisfied with a company no matter where you shop....multiply that experience 10 fold and this is what you get from these people. I cant say enough about that company. IF any of you do purchase this you will NOT BE disappointed. Top notch company all the way. Happy shopping people !!!

I’ve been wanting a tamp station for a while and after buying this product, I wonder why I waited so long! It has a beautiful wood finish with a black steel knock box built in the tamp station. It holds my portafilter firmly in place while tamping and the other stations fit perfectly. High end construction and would recommend to anyone wanting to organize their espresso accessories

I ordered this tamping station for use with a Casa Brews espresso machine that uses a 58 mm portafilter. Up to now, I had been using a thick rubber mat that came with the machine for tamping and a small serving platter to keep accessories organized. This tamping station is a huge improvement over that.The tamping station arrived nicely boxed and well protected against damage. The construction is excellent and looks to be every bit the fine quality that its cost reflects. The wood is solid and heavy with rubber feet on the bottom to keep it from sliding around. The tamping box is made of thick, heavy metal and also has feet on it. It’s large and would easily hold many coffee pucks before needing to be emptied. I was surprised to find absolutely no instructions included with this set, not even so much as an instruction sheet. This is really sloppy manufacturing for such an expensive espresso accessory. There are holes and slots for holding the filter holder, a portafilter, a leveler, a tamper, and a cleaning brush. There are two thin slots for which I could not think of any purpose. The accessories for my machine all fit nicely. There is a thin plastic ring included, also, that fits around the ring in the filter cup, but other than raising the filter cup up about 1/4 inch I could find no purpose for it.As luck would have it, my espresso filter holder fits in the cup of this tamping station perfectly, balancing easily on its metal wings. As such, tamping is easy. There is an adjustable bolt, presumably to help stabilize a filter holder, but it sits far too low to be of any utility for my filter holder. I can only assume it’s intended for use with smaller filter holders. That said, I honestly think this tamping station is designed specifically for a 58 mm portafilter, and I seriously doubt it would work well for any other size despite being advertised to be universal.Overall, this is an excellent tamping station for my purposes and my particular espresso machine. Its quality construction is worth its higher price. The only reason I dock it a star is it lacks instructions for making best and most appropriate use of it.

Nice little addition to my coffee bar. I feel like this has upped my game a bit! Super cute and multifunctional. Seems durable and I love the wood quality. Fits a lot which out taking up too much space itself. Great product ,I would definitely recommend it to a coffee enthusiast.

Nice heavy organizer that looks great and works quite well. Only gripe is the height adjustment bolt was too tall even at lowest setting so ended up just taking it out.Recommended!
