I bought this after a disappointing purchase of a Skar “8-gauge” kit. If I used that kit, my car probably would have caught fire. It was super thin and was not ofc. Anywho, I digress. This is the real deal, ofc wiring kit. Great quality, great thickness, and a nice array of terminal connectors. One super minor complaint (if you call it that) is the ring terminal for the ground was about a millimeter too small for my ground bolt. Nothing a dremel or step bit couldn’t fix. I was a bit confused with the RCAs as one is black and one is grey. I put the black in the white terminal and grey in the red. It worked fine. Sounds absolutely amazing. I ordered 4-gauge and I got 4-gauge. The fuse holder and 150-amp fuse was really nice too. No audio interference and system works as it should. Wiring is extremely flexible and durable. Buy it! You won’t be disappointed.

I've been into car audio literally for decades, but out of the game for a few years, so I wanted a kit, didn't want to build my own, and this kit really hits the mark. I'm super impressed with the quality of literally everything in the kit. The 4AWG kit I bought is super flexible, true to size, yet the insulation seems super tough, I found this out when stripping the ends, lol. Very flexible but tough, not sure how they managed that, but they did. The included speaker wire is high quality and also super flexible, as is the turn-on lead, and the ANL fuse holder is nice. The copper wiring in all of the wiring appears to be pure OFC, very flexible, tiny-stranded copper as well, very nice. Ditto the RCA patch cable, it appears very high quality as well, but for me, way too long for my application, I ordered an identical one 3ft long instead, so keep that in mind. If your source is near the amp, it's likely this RCA cable will be too long as well, and obviously you can't shorten them to length like a power cable. Also regarding the fuse, the included 150a fuse was too big for my application, my amp recommended 100a, so I did purchase some 100a fuses separately, another thing to keep in mind. I found the kit a great value for the money, can't beat it, and it delivers endless power to my Down4Sound MM1000 amp, which can put out over 1500w peak, so a perfect match.

I used this amp wiring kit to install a Rockford Fosgate P300-12 powered subwoofer. Since the sub only generates 200-300w RMS, 8awg OFC was sufficient for power. I prefer to run smaller gauge power cable whenever it’s possible and safe to do so. This kit has very good quality and all the components are well built. The mini ANL fuse holder is the best to use for car stereo, in my opinion. I did replace the fuse with a smaller one since I’m only running 300w RMS maximum. The kit comes with plenty of extra ring/spade/etc terminals and other wiring hardware. The speaker wire it comes with is very good quality, although I did not use it in my installation of the powered sub. However I kept it for future projects and installs. The cables are all flexible and feel good to the touch. The RCA’s deliver good signal and I did not need to ground them separately. I did purchase an extra 5ft of SkyHigh OFC 8awg blue power wire on eBay for my installation. When comparing the two wires, they appeared to be almost identical in regards to strand count, size, etc. So you can rest assured this power wire is quality, since SkyHigh is a reputable brand.

Time will tell but so far everything is going great with this kit. Wire was good quality with plenty to wire my truck. I added a dedicated mono amp for a small subwoofer. Perfect kit for my needs. RCA cable and connectors worked great and appear to be good quality. Power and ground appear to be true gauge and solid copper. Insulation on the wires is sturdy and robust. The provided wire loom was a little flimsy for certain areas but can be used to dress up your wires. I had some heavy duty wire loom that I used for the critical areas. My only complaint … the fuse holder works best with ferrules attached to the power wire. It makes a better connection and less likely for failure. No ferrules were in the kit however but the other connections were present thankfully. Great kit and well worth the money! If anything changes I will come revise my review.

Great looking kit for the price, I installed in my 2021 GMC Serria to support 1150 watts. The wire looks to have a high strand count and is very flexible, the speaker wire also looks like good quality. The reason for 4 stars is the wire itself is very bright almost a bit cheap looking, I have some other high-end wire that is heaver and a dull color, I have no way to test if this true OFC or not. I also replaced the huge fuse holder for a smaller unit; this kit supports my system just fine and only time will tell.

Overall it's a good kit. OFC is the main reason I bought this, and price. I think it's good for a budget system. Power and ground wires are great. Everything else is decent.

High quality copper wires and RCA wires. Had everything I needed to install a 10" powered Cerwin Vega under seat subwoofer in my 2014 Corolla. I installed this to an aftermarket 7" Boss Head Unit I put 6 other cheap Amazon Cerwin Verga speakers in the car too. All said and done the stereo sounds great. This was a good install kit.

Good package. I am happy with the cables and fittings. Worked well for my application. I used the kit to wire a 1200 watt Skar Audio amp to a 1200 watt Skar Audio 10-inch Sub. The vehicle is a 2015 Cadillac CTS. *****Pictures were taken before wires were hidden.
