This is a budget machine but sometimes the machine doesn't detect the finger prints. Also need a through training to handle this product. One who is already familiar with such product can buy this.

The attendance system works fine, the export feature however has too many limitations in terms of compatibility. It should have had CSV export option, which would have been better.

Good quality product. Takes some time to understand and use. Documentation is not friendly. To add one name and biometric, it takes lots of effort.

While booking till making payment it was showing product will be delivered next day before 9 pm. but product reached after 4 daysproduct is good. I am finding difficult in support area.I need to contact the supplier or the manufacturer but the contact number says not valid.request you to ask somebody to call me and help me install the product
