Great Probiotic for someone who takes antibiotics regularly. This really helps!

Read that certain Probiotics may reduce stomach issues when traveling internationally if taken beforehand and while traveling. Started 2 pills per day 5 days before traveling to the Philippines. Took 1 pill a day while in the Philippines. I never had any stomach or intenstinal issues even though I did occassionally have local ice or fruit drinks made with local water and even ate some street food.So I would absolutely recommend these if you are traveling internationally.

Used a popular grocery brand of Probiotic for years - ran out on a trip and used Amazons awesome delivery service for these. Have been using for around 90 days and wow - these really provide a noticeable positive difference over the more expensive brand. While I know everyone's physiology is different, based on my use I highly recommend.
