Excellent Customer Service
I had trouble using the item with Dyson Airwrap, which is not supported by the device. Even though the return window was closed and Amazon could not do anything, the Bestek company went out of their way to help me and solve my problem to my complete satisfaction. I will definitely buy from Bestek again and highly recommend them to you as well. Excellent customer service. The device worked with other hairdryers, just not with Dyson.

High Power Converter
This converter can convert voltage from 100-240V to 110V output with 2000W power that is capable to run US high power appliances such as hair dryers, iron, hair straighteners etc. The converter has 2 USB-A ports and 1 USB-C port. The USB-A output supports 5V/2.4A each and 5V/3A in total. The USB-C port can support up to maximum PD 35W fast charging. As a 2000W high power converter, the size is quite compact and lightweight. If need to use high power appliances for about 1500-1800W on travel, this may be a suitable choice. If only some low power devices to be used, this is a bit bulky and heavy for travel purpose. Moreover, it would be more costly than other smaller converters. In addition, its power cord plug head is only suitable for most Europe countries. For UK and other Asia countries, appropriate plug adapters are required.

Compact and sleek travel adapter with solid performance for moderate use
+ Sleek and compact design+ Solid build quality and brand consistency+ Includes 3 USB ports for added convenience+ Works well in standard 2-prong outlets+ Comes in black or white to suit your setup+ Great for travel with moderate-energy devices- No grounding prong (though it has a hole for one)- Lacks accessories compared to some universal kits- Price is a bit high for a basic unit without discount_____I've had several Bestek outlets over the years, and they've all served me well. I really appreciate the brand’s consistency, solid quality, and even the industrial design. This outlet continues that tradition with a modern, sleek, and relatively compact design—especially for a voltage converter. I also like that it comes in both black and white, so it can match different setups.I travel outside the U.S. from time to time, and having a compact converter like this has been genuinely useful whenever I need to bring my 110V devices. This unit includes three USB ports in addition to the main AC plug, which is a great bonus. The plug works flawlessly in standard two-prong outlets (it doesn't have a grounding prong, but it does include the grounding hole for when that's supported). It came in especially handy during a recent airport stop, where my usual charger plugs wouldn’t fit—I was able to charge both my phone and Surface Pro without any trouble (see pic). I also tried it with a nut milk maker, and it handled that just fine as well.I’ve noticed some reviews mentioning issues with reliability when using high-energy devices. Personally, I think it's important not to push a compact adapter like this to its maximum rated capacity, especially for extended use. Factors like inconsistent current, heat, and overall environment can affect performance. I wouldn’t hesitate to use it for short bursts of high-power usage if needed, but for long-term or heavy-duty needs, I’d recommend going with a more industrial-grade solution. Even the product description notes that this adapter is best suited for moderate-energy travel items like hair dryers and curling irons. While this is a fairly basic product (it doesn’t include the accessories you might find with some universal plug kits), the price isn’t exactly cheap. That said, it’s a better value if you can grab it with the current discount. Bestek actually offers another more advanced and popular model for the same price (see amazon.com/dp/B07QW4N3QR), but that one isn’t as compact or sleek. Since I value portability and a clean design, this one hits the sweet spot for me—recommended.

Good quality 220v to 110v adapter, but rather large for travel
This is a really good quality adapter that converts 220v (EU) down to 110v (US). It has the standard EU plug that will work in many EU countries (check for the specific ones you're concerned about), but if you have the right adaptor you can plug it in in the US or other countries with 220v power. It has an on/off switch which I like and will power most items as it's rated up to 2000w.I like that it has the built in USB ports, though they only provide 35W of total power for all 3. If you're only using the USB-C port, that will provide enough power to super fast charge most phones, but if you plug something else into it, the 35W gets shared across all the ports you are using. The downside of this adapter is it's big (4" x 4" x 2") so from my perspective "travel size" is a bit questionable. If you don't need 2000w of power (most people won't) then there are smaller units out there that don't require a fan for cooling.I can recommend it if you need this much power, but you should probably consider if you really need 2000W, if you don't there are smaller units out there that are rated for less watts. Also, most electronics these days will work on both 220 and 110 with just a basic adapter, so check to see what input voltage your item will accept, and see if you can get away with just a basic plug adapter before you invest in this converter.
