I’ve owned many Shark products and have never been disappointed so when I saw this I knew I needed to try it. I absolutely love it. It’s so easy to use and works so well on my floors I love that it spins too which makes it feel like it’s getting deeper into the crevices making sure the floor is super clean! I’ve tried so many different steam mops but this one is by far my favourite.

I bought this as we have had a new kitchen extension built and the floor is now much bigger. I have had steam mops before and they were okay, but I liked the idea that this scrubbed as well. I bought deionised water to put in it. I waited until the floor was a bit grubby to see how it would perform.Well, I have to say I am pleased with the result. The scrubbing element of the product certainly makes a difference. It cleaned the karndean tiles as well as lifted dirt from the joints between. The handle is a little stiff to pull down to get the scrub pads to rotate. I found it easier to hold the base with one hand whilst pulling the handle back with the other. The cord length is fine and the tank was enough for me to clean all of our downstairs floors. It also isn’t too big to store. Glad I purchased it.

I have a shark cordless vacuum cleaner which I am really happy with, far better than Dyson IMO. I saw this item at a reasonable price on Amazon. I only have good quality laminate so can't comment about tiles. I am really delighted with this and amazed that it picks up debris as well as steam cleaning. If you used this every other day as I intend to, you probably don't need to vacuum the floor except to use a nozzle to go all around the skirting boards as and when. Its very easy to use, I didn't find it leaving streaks or pools of water as some people noted. This may be because you need to push forwards further than we're accustomed to with a hoover, then pull backwards slowly. I also opened the patio door to get a little air flow and the floor dried in minutes. The instuctions say cold water in the tank which I did, but I also added just a few drops of Zoflora disinfectant (a non foaming product) which made the room smell lovely as well. I can't see this would cause a problem with the machine but as I say, the instructions do say just water. I am very happy with this item, quick to plug in, heat up and use and simple to clean the debris and water tank, rinse the roller leave to dry for next time - but a spare is included anyway. I can recommend it, especially if you have pets or a busy thoroughfare and want to do your floor daily.

Amazing product. It's small and lightweight so it is easy to get in the edges and corners but still have a very impressive range and capacity. It's simple and intuitive to use and gets the job done.

Amazing product! Our old steamer was leaving the floor wet and dull- this new machine is a game changer. The floor looks so clean and no more water marks or dullness. The pads wash well too. The tank appears to be tiny but it can go for around 30 mins without refilling! A brilliant machine

This shark steamer is an absolute game changer, I bought this one after a lot off research into floor steamers and the reviews made my mind up, having two Labrador’s my floors take a battering and scrubbing my floors every few days was getting a bit much as I’m getting older but this steamer is the best thing I’ve ever bought so easy to use and does a brilliant job too, with little effort from yourself. and as I like my floors clean and sanitised I can do this for the foreseeable future with no fuss.

This is a game changer. Im so glad i purchased this. For context i have a small business and it has laminate flooring. It generates a lot of foot traffic which makes attracts a lot of mess, impossible to fully clean up with a mop. It would cost me £700/ every 4 months to professionally clean cuz the dirt is so thick, it wouldnt pick up. I bought this and with some patience (vinegar + water), it cleared out the muck. The best thing is the hot steamer and its ability to grip the dirt with the rubber blades putting it in seperate compartments. Truly amazing, everyone was skeptical but i got the last laugh. I would love if the compartment was slightly bigger so i dont have to frequently empty it. But its whatever. Def worth it for a home. I wish i had before and after pictures but i was skeptical myself until i got so into it. Best product ever.
