Great buy, look stylish and very crisp sound quality.
Great quality and functionality! Used this brand for a couple of years now, own a pair of normal ear buds so made sense to me to stick with the same brand name as I've never encountered any problems. Came well packaged and very prompt. Also came almost fully charged, I found my size with the changeable ear pieces and found them very comfortable and light to wear. I can't give them a full review as I haven't worm them out for a run outdoors or the gym yet, I'm sure they'll live up to the challenge. Great buy, look stylish and very crisp sound quality.

Cheap and cheerful but reliable
Very reliable gym earphones that are my go-to for runs and fitness workouts. They're cheap and cheerful, which means if you lose them (and I have, and is easy to do with these things) you're not too gutted, but they look smart and do the job. Sound is not earth shattering but totally acceptable, and they're so functional (the over-ear clips are excellent, barely notice them and yet they keep them very firmly in place) I tend to use them for more than just exercise. The noise-cancelling isn't anything to write home about. The built-in USB-C dongle will be divisive – it's good for plugging into the port on your laptop, but it means you can't plug in a USB-A to USB-C charging wire. All in all, very good for the money

For the price, fantastic!
I wanted some Bluetooth earbuds specifically for running but didn't want to break the bank. Having read the reviews and done a bit of research, I took a punt on these. Delivery and arrival condition: Fine, no problems Bluetooth Connectivity: Somehow, I managed to connect to each earbud independently which meant I could only listen to one at a time. This drove me mad trying to sort it, eventually working out to unpair each of them and then tap them both 4 x times to get them back into pairing mode. Not forgetting to keep them both buds very close to each other. Once I had them paired they are great, they pair easily and every time I take them out of the box. No issues since. Sound Quality: It's a bit tinny but with some mods to the equaliser and swapping ear covers it is improved. Still not a luxurious velvety sound you'd expect from more expensive models but for me it's a nice enough experience listening to music with these when running or just walking around the house. Comfort: Nice, I barely realise they are on. They stay in place when running and seem to be resistant so far to sweat and moisture from exercising. Download the App: I find the App useful to select equaliser settings and to see battery levels etc. So far, I have tried to avoid inadvertently touching the controls on the buds themselves. They seem a bit fiddly. Battery life: From receiving these, I haven't needed to charge the box since the my original charge, probably at least 8hrs of intermittent use so far, which I'm very impressed with. So not too bad at all, I'm pleased with my purchase! :)

Garbage
£19.99? They should be sold for half that price at least. The ear buds are so awkward to fit in your ear regardless of small medium or large rubber gromits they are pathetic. Someone mentioned bass, bass?! What bass. The ear buds are tinny as hell, the app that accompanies the ear buds wants your location and to sell you things before you re you even get started. The 3 eq settings are pathetic and custom doesn't get you too far either. I didn't expect gold standard ear buds for £20, but I expected better than this Chinese crap. Also, why would you set up the ear buds to charge in a case right and left?! I don't have my ears on the wrong side of my head! Taking them out of the case to the put them in the other ear is just weird. Turn the case around? Then you are opening it away from you. The case comes with a handy charger cable attached underneath with a male USB C connector so you can plug it into a USB wall plug or PC. For £20 it's not a wireless charging case. I've spotted a loop system in case you want to have them hang from keys but the contraption is on the larger side so would become very bulky Overall I'm bitterly disappointed having seen so many 4-5 star reviews. I bought them to use at the gym and I'll try them out in the coming days. Let's see if they get any better.

An absolute must
These are excellent quality earbuds, they are my third pair (due to my own clumsiness of loosing previous pairs). The battery life is fantastic, to think how tiny the battery must be, and how long I can go between charging is outstanding. You get plenty of warning when power is running low, so I have never been caught out with the battery running out. Sound quality is also excellent, I hear lots of sounds which I would normally miss if I was listening on a speaker. Earbud size, it comes with 3 different size inserts, and I recommend that you try all 3 of them to see which fits your ear best, getting the right one does make a difference to both sounds quality and comfort. These are lightweight, you don’t really notice they are there at all. The loop over your ear makes them ideal for wearing during exercise or activity. Easy to use, you will be able to use them straight away, and they Bluetooth connection quality if very good also. These are fantastic value for money, and in my opinion are just as good if not better then alternatives which are several times more expensive.

Mediocre
If earphones go off you cant turn them on again without the case. You have to put them back in the case and take them out again. Quality ok not super comfortable.

Like the brand overall
Partner wanted cheap headphones when their old ones broke. These are good value, paired with device quickly and sound quality etc all seems fine to us although we aren’t that picky as long as music and audiobooks don’t sound actively bad. Comfortable to wear and liked that there’s colours other than black (so we don’t mix them up with my similar looking ones). Overall like this brand and would reccomend.

Great fit, terrible sound!
Oh what a shame - needed a pair of earphone for long distance running - quite liked other Jlab products so was looking forward to another great set of earphones. Strangely, the right headset is in the left side of the case and vice versa which doesn't make sense, but not a deal breaker. Put them on and they were incredibly comfortable. Tried shaking my head to see if they would drop out of the place but they were so secure that i was confident they would stay in place. So i took them out for a run, put my favourite podcast on and set the volume on 3/4 loudness. At first i thought i had a mistake and put the volume on the lowest setting, but i hadn't. I could barely hear the podcast - i put the volume on maximum and even that didn't help much. Tried with other types of media such as music but same result. Anyway, im so disappointed that i finally found a really comfortable pair of earphones, but ruined by the sound quality (or rather lack of sound!). I mean, its quite galling that these are designed for running which means that these probably need to be a bit louder than other earphones to compensate for all the outdoor street sounds and wind noise!
