Great buy, look stylish and very crisp sound quality.
Great quality and functionality! Used this brand for a couple of years now, own a pair of normal ear buds so made sense to me to stick with the same brand name as I've never encountered any problems. Came well packaged and very prompt. Also came almost fully charged, I found my size with the changeable ear pieces and found them very comfortable and light to wear. I can't give them a full review as I haven't worm them out for a run outdoors or the gym yet, I'm sure they'll live up to the challenge. Great buy, look stylish and very crisp sound quality.

For the price, fantastic!
I wanted some Bluetooth earbuds specifically for running but didn't want to break the bank. Having read the reviews and done a bit of research, I took a punt on these. Delivery and arrival condition: Fine, no problems Bluetooth Connectivity: Somehow, I managed to connect to each earbud independently which meant I could only listen to one at a time. This drove me mad trying to sort it, eventually working out to unpair each of them and then tap them both 4 x times to get them back into pairing mode. Not forgetting to keep them both buds very close to each other. Once I had them paired they are great, they pair easily and every time I take them out of the box. No issues since. Sound Quality: It's a bit tinny but with some mods to the equaliser and swapping ear covers it is improved. Still not a luxurious velvety sound you'd expect from more expensive models but for me it's a nice enough experience listening to music with these when running or just walking around the house. Comfort: Nice, I barely realise they are on. They stay in place when running and seem to be resistant so far to sweat and moisture from exercising. Download the App: I find the App useful to select equaliser settings and to see battery levels etc. So far, I have tried to avoid inadvertently touching the controls on the buds themselves. They seem a bit fiddly. Battery life: From receiving these, I haven't needed to charge the box since the my original charge, probably at least 8hrs of intermittent use so far, which I'm very impressed with. So not too bad at all, I'm pleased with my purchase! :)

Great earphones, with one major design flaw!
I’ve had these two months now and use them every day at the gym. Sound is good for the price range, battery life is great as I can use them for over a week without having to charge them thanks to the case, touch controls work well, charging case is not small but it’s not massive either and they’re pretty comfy. BUT here’s the bad design flaw by Jlab. When you take them out the case, they will pair automatically to your phone AS LONG AS you pair them within 2 minutes. After two minutes the earphones turn off and there is no function to turn them back on unless you put them back in the charging case and take them out again.. I’ve been out and about at the gym or in town using the earphones without the charging case in my pocket as it’s sizeable, when you stop using them for any reason and disconnect them from the Bluetooth, they turn off and there is no function to turn them back on and without the case. This is really annoying because often you want to take them out your ear and not have them in all the time, but when you want to use them again you can’t turn them on. I’ve even checked online forums about the topic and so many people have the same issue and confirm there is no way to turn them on with out putting them back in the case. For this reason I will not buy these again which is a shame because they’re not half bad for the price.

Garbage
£19.99? They should be sold for half that price at least. The ear buds are so awkward to fit in your ear regardless of small medium or large rubber gromits they are pathetic. Someone mentioned bass, bass?! What bass. The ear buds are tinny as hell, the app that accompanies the ear buds wants your location and to sell you things before you re you even get started. The 3 eq settings are pathetic and custom doesn't get you too far either. I didn't expect gold standard ear buds for £20, but I expected better than this Chinese crap. Also, why would you set up the ear buds to charge in a case right and left?! I don't have my ears on the wrong side of my head! Taking them out of the case to the put them in the other ear is just weird. Turn the case around? Then you are opening it away from you. The case comes with a handy charger cable attached underneath with a male USB C connector so you can plug it into a USB wall plug or PC. For £20 it's not a wireless charging case. I've spotted a loop system in case you want to have them hang from keys but the contraption is on the larger side so would become very bulky Overall I'm bitterly disappointed having seen so many 4-5 star reviews. I bought them to use at the gym and I'll try them out in the coming days. Let's see if they get any better.

An absolute must
These are excellent quality earbuds, they are my third pair (due to my own clumsiness of loosing previous pairs). The battery life is fantastic, to think how tiny the battery must be, and how long I can go between charging is outstanding. You get plenty of warning when power is running low, so I have never been caught out with the battery running out. Sound quality is also excellent, I hear lots of sounds which I would normally miss if I was listening on a speaker. Earbud size, it comes with 3 different size inserts, and I recommend that you try all 3 of them to see which fits your ear best, getting the right one does make a difference to both sounds quality and comfort. These are lightweight, you don’t really notice they are there at all. The loop over your ear makes them ideal for wearing during exercise or activity. Easy to use, you will be able to use them straight away, and they Bluetooth connection quality if very good also. These are fantastic value for money, and in my opinion are just as good if not better then alternatives which are several times more expensive.

Potential but not for me
I had high hopes for these earphones, but was disappointed. As far as sound quality went they were pretty decent, sounded clear when I was playing music and had anc. Battery life was good, build quality was decent as well, pretty lightweight and I really don’t notice I had them in. My issues lay in the design, functionality. Design: I wear glasses pretty regularly and using these with my glasses was probably the most annoying/uncomfortable experience. When not wearing glasses and being active I found I had to adjust these a few times a so that they would have a secure fit. Functionality: The touch controls were very hit and miss with these and even at times would get activated by clothing. The call quality was just poor - people couldn’t hear me on calls often resulting in me either taking them off or having to use speaker. In the end I bought a different pair of earphones.

Comfortable, fit and work well
Really good. Work well. Good connectivity. Use them at the Gym and they stay in my ears well.

Dreadful design drags these down sadly
I recently got these as my older pair of wireless earbuds got desynced and started causing issues. My (short positive) experience for a few days using these ones: -Sound is ok -Built-in microphone seems to be decent -Pairs fast via Bluetooth That said, a plethora of design failures make these practically unusable for me, starting from least problematic to most: -Like most recent buds, these strongly depend on you installing mobile applications in order to control and tweak them, which I do not like -Controls are a mess. The earphones are advertised as able to be used independently even, but since there is only one touch sensor that is in charge of volume, track forward/backward/pause-start, EQ, voice assistance, etc it can be really painful to select what you want and accidentally changing the volume happens all the time as there is no touch sensitivity or clicks really. -Apparently you can't charge the earpieces while the case is also plugged and charging... -Worst of all, there is no explicit on/off button, which is a problem as the only way to turn the buds on is to pull them from their case. If you disconnect the earphones from a device they power off after 3 minutes, and if you don't have the case with you then they flat out don't work. These are all showstoppers that have been done better years ago by cheaper models. As I side note I got so frustrated I figured out how to sync back my previous earbuds (turns out a lot of models can be put into the case and if you press the power button for a few seconds this could reset them). Thanks...I guess?
