Arrived on time, I was excited to try so opened it right away, instructions said to place under tongue ..a dropper full, I wanted to do a little more I tend to show reaction to things pretty quickly, so I did two. You know that face you make with sucking a lemon sometimes but it tastes so good_ you do it again? that's what this is like but it's really tasty, I'll be back with an update to see if I notice anything positive that's the only reason I gave it 4stars.

I have be taking this for over a month now and I must say it’s going good so far. I mean the taste of it is not my favorite thing but I’m loving it.

I don't believe in supplements or vitaminsI prefer to eat right. However, this one is different.I just bought it, and have been taking it with my smoothie for the past 3 days.Suddenly, I am boosted with energy.I will keep you posted by the end of the month and see whether this was just my imagination.
