Outdoor Products Moxie Day Pack

I purchased 2 of these backpacks, one for each daughter, to use on our travels through Asia this summer. The backpacks are very well made. The material is a durable, woven nylon that is highly abrasion resistant. They also have a lot of thoughtful touches that you typically do not find in backpacks at this price point. For example, the shoulder straps contain honeycomb suspension cushioning to help ease the strain of carrying heavier loads. There is a waist strap that is helpful for securing the backpack to you on longer treks. Two mesh water bottle pockets can be found along with 2 zippered hip pockets for loose change, transit cards, or iPods. Furthermore, the backpacks are well-proportioned for my teenage girls (being neither too long or too wide). The backpack also has a compartment for a hydration bladder (not included) plus a mouth tube clip for easy drinking. Also, inside the front zippered compartment are additional organizational pockets for a lot of little essentials that people take on trips. All-in-all these backpacks are a fantastic value for the cost! And I would definitely buy them again if I had to. Even more importantly, both of my daughters really liked the way they looked and felt while wearing them, which is so important because I know they will be used after our summer travels through Asia has ended. Great purchase!

I've had this backpack for about 2 1/2 years now but really haven't taken it on too many hikes. The fit is okay and you can adjust a lot, it's pretty lightweight as promised. However after my second hike using this pack I found that the seam along the main zipper was failing. I was hoping this backpack was something I'd want to use for all my hikes but now I have to be extra careful about my packing so I don't rip the zipper seam open.

I have only used this backpack twice and on the second use the fabric parted from the seam and one of the zippers broke. I am going to look into returning if I can.

I’ve had this bag since 2016. I’ve used it for international travel and for rugged day hikes in all season. It’s versatile, fits my 4’11” frame, and holds enough stuff for winter hiking. The included bladder leaked from the start but I just used bottles until last summer when some longer hikes were on the horizon and I really wanted a bladder. Six years after my purchase I contacted the company about the leaky bladder and within a week, I had a brand-new, redesigned bladder that works perfectly at no charge. Now that is some excellent customer service!

This is a good all purpose day pack. With the bladder it an be used for day hikes and without it's great for just getting around or riding your bike for your daily activities. I like that zip pockets on the sides of the hip belt are easy to reach and I keep my camera in one and my phone in the other. I like that it has two mesh side pockets for water bottles. It feels comfortable on my body. It also has compression straps to adjust size and it has two compartments and an outside zipped compartment where I keep my rain jacket. There are organizer pockets inside which are nice for smaller things. I would like to have a bit more room in the main compartment and a light bungee system for holding stuff on the outside of my pack like an extra jacket. Love the color and overall design and profile. Very nice day pack.

I remember reading a review where someone said the bag broke from regular use and I disregarded that. I bought this bag for my trip overseas to mainly carry items such as sweater, journal, hiking shoes, water bottle and wallet. I loved the bag when I received it, it was super comfortable and fit me lightly. Even when it was packed at its heaviest I did not feel the weight on my back. But within 2 weeks i noticed that the it was getting loose within the zipper lines, and eventually found the outer layer broke in the third week. It is nothing that I can fix because the fabric itself was breaking so I wasnt even able to saw it back or fix it. There seems to be a flaw in the design and the fabric on this one. I can't return the bag because I bought it when I started travelling three months ago and I just returned back last week. For a hiking bag, this cannot handle any wear and tear. Do invest your money elsewhere, this is a piece of junk for me right now.

Love it! This is the perfect backpack. It fits me perfect as a 5,3 woman. It is so soft and has all the right straps and padding for ultimate comfort. Pockets are good, love that it is pink. Can hike all day with it and the waist strap keeps the weight off my shoulders. I can't believe how good of a deal this is! I have had two friends get this pack after trying mine.

Original review: Garbage. The seam at the top of the main pouch immediately started coming apart and gets caught up in the zipper. Then, the bottom mesh pouch on the side started coming apart. I have LIGHTLY used this pack exactly three times. Do not waste your money. Spend a few more bucks and get something durable that will stand up to day hiking use.Revised review: I asked Amazon for a replacement (which they provided after I threatened to buy my online stuff somewhere else). The replacement is actually of much better quality. So far...so good. I've used the pack a few times and it seems to be holding up. Time will tell.....

Decent back pack. the color was a little off vs the picture though.
