I never realised how much this tea was helping with my supply until I ran out on holiday. A week without and I was struggling to express. Got straight back on them once I was home and order was restored. Bonus is they taste delicious so if you're drinking a few cups a day (each bag can be used for multiple brews) you know you're drinking more water too. Highly recommend!

This tea is great. Lovely taste. I have been using for a few days now and have notice a very big difference in my milk supply. I'm able to get loads of milk while pumping and even able to still feed baby after. As long as I'm breastfeeding I will be drinking this tea. Thank you for a great product that works.

I’m not 100% certain, but anytime I drink this tea my milk supply skyrockets. Really great, worth the buy.

After drinking a couple of cups a day for two days I’ve seen a huge increase in milk supply, it felt like it was dropping as my boobs constantly felt soft and baby was always hungry and feeding for ages, now I have the opposite problem! Tastes lovely too!

If i could give a 0 star I would. I had 3 cups of this tea and went from producing 4oz to 0.5 on a half an hour pump !!If you Google it you find out it can actually decrease supply ! Had I know this i wouldnt of brought it. Just hoping now I can get my supply back up. Devastated is an understatement

Not a bad taste and tea bags are okay to use again but only once as they lose their flavour. Unfortunately I only got 13 tea bags instead of 14 :(

I’m breastfeeding fine but my baby’s 4 months old and I was leaving him for the first time to have a spa day.. I wanted to try these to get more milk pumped for his bottles while I was gone.. you can use a single tea bag 3 times, so one day I had 3 tea’s from the one bag… however, this made one boob stuck full of milk for 4 days!!!!! LOLI didn’t know if it was coincidence so I tried one cup again two days ago and the same thing happened but in both boobs, not as full as before but they were pretty heavy and hard!It’s actually not good because everytime my son feeds now he’s being waterboarded 😂 I have way too much milk and it’s coming out wayyy too fast for him! I tried pumping some out but I can only a little manually and there’s still so much in there my poor baby’s puking it all out! (I struggle to pump; always have)So overall,- I imagine it’s amazing if you’re struggling with supply!- absolutely wild if you’re doing fine!- amazing effects if needed- great value for money

Dont usually write reviews but I had to for this! Wasn’t very hopeful when I bought this but was willing to try anything to increase milk supply as it was so low I was considering formula only, it arrived yesterday evening so I had one cup of the tea before bed. Woke up needing to pump, supply went from a miserable less than 25ml for both breasts to 85ml after just one tea. Will definitely be using this consistently moving forward!
