This kit works perfectly on a predator 212 motor non-hemi. The kit was excellent quality. The fit was perfect with no issues at all. The only issue is the wiring a quick YouTube video shows you exactly how to wire it up other than net. It works excellent!

All these kits are the same, whether you pay 65 or 199. Except price, there is no difference. You can expect generic, low quality parts, and no instructions whatsoever. You’re on your own to figure this out, but it is possible to get them to work.

Fairly easy to install worked well

Works good on hf predator 212. Just get a good battery. Everything fit well. I wanted a better charging system so I used 2 magnetos and a regulator rectifier. Because It's going on a golf cart with lites and a stereo. Definitely recommend

Fantastic propuct. Will make it much easier to start in winter time. Easy as pie to install.

Works great. 3 stars since I had to sand the fly wheel down to fit over the output shaft. Come with a stator to recharge your starter battery

Missing parts. Missing one of the coils, all the hardware and the keys. Also, the flywheel does not even fit onto a 212. The bore is too small. This was a total waste of money.

I installed on Newer Honda gx390. This flywheel is for older engines. I marked and cut new key way with my drill press. My engine has no threads in block, so I cut bolts with a slot and threaded them in, They cut their own threads. I locktited all threads. Use a 2.5" hole saw for starter cut out, then sanding drum. Starter is 2-9/16" Diameter leave a little loose for adjustment. I installed the charging coil on the top, ran the charge cord up and out hole then covered with included wire protector. Set the coil .012 away from flywheel. Pull start has the short bolts, so don't use them till last. The wiring is color correct and plug correct for my newer engine. It was plug and play. The battery ground goes to frame, the positive goes to starter bolt.

This fit perfect in my honda gx200, No it doesn't come with instructions. But for the amount of youtube videos showing how to install you really can't go wrong. I'm not a machanic and I know nothing about these engines but if you watch youtube videos carefully and pay attention to details it's really not hard at all. I was able to do it on the first try. Don't skip in any of the videos because you can miss out on important information like reinstalling the ignition coil, great product will purchase again for my 212cc engine hoping it's the right fit...
