Loving this backpack, so comfortable and a decent size without being too big. it has one single interior space with a back that is lightly padded, there is also a zipped pocket at the top with a key hook. The twin side mesh pockets are good for holding bottles or stashing a small packable jacket. I found the straps easy to adjust even when wearing and the way that you tighten the fit by moving the shoulder straps away from the buckle works very well. I'm quite small with a 34inch chest and it fits me, unlike most backpacks which can be too wide so would be perfect for other petite runners. Unlike other OMM backpacks the length of the straps is perfect so you don't have extra material slapping around when running. I would happily recommend this to others

Great little backpack for running if you want to travel light. You won't be able to fit loads in, but it has been ideal for me.
