I used this as a natural fabric dye at the behest of a fellow crafter. I am truly impressed with the color I obtained in my dye bath. I expected a washed out periwinkle, as my friend obtained, but I thought to treat the silk scarves with alum as a mordant/fixative first and I'm thrilled with the outcome. I'm excited to try this for natural Easter eggs and frosting, too!

This is the WORSE UBE ever!! I highly advise that nobody but this!! It made my drinks spoil and have bad taste!! This is not even a true ube!! Very disappointed and so upset!! I wouldn’t even give it one star!
