DISNEY APPROVED!!
The electric assist is a life saver!! I purchased the 4 seater for my 7yr old 4 yo and 2yr old. As a mom of 6 I can say it’s durable, safe and practical for families with multiple kids. Be sure to put the heavier kids in the back, it will save your back. My mom and I traveled with the three Littles to Disney World from Chicago in October and it was smooth sailing from the time we got to the airport. I will say that if you are renting a vehicle, I would at least rent a midsize SUV to ensure that the four seater stroller will fit in the trunk. It will not fit in a sedan. Once we got on property, we were able to take our due stroller on all the shuttles. We did not have to take down the stroller they were a wheelchair and leave it open on the bus to and from the parks. So far, it’s been a great purchase worth every penny very practical safe. We’ve gotten a lot of use out of it and I couldn’t recommend it more to families with multiples.

Edited after more use…
Edited to add more: the buttons for assist need to be pushed in HARD which means work out your forearms before using this stroller. I find I turn off assist more often than I would because my arms hurt and are tired. If you have arthritis in your hands it would be a big NO. Also, there must be an easier way shift from assist to just pushing under your own strength. As it is you have to stop, turn on assist, use assist, stop, turn off assist, resume. You cannot easily switch between the two. I feel like I bought the first model before they work out the kinks. I upped this to 4 stars after someone reminded me…duh…that it should fold up. It does, and thus fits in the door. However…heaving this big stroller into and out of the room with the battery etc is not for the weak, and thus I still can’t give it 5 stars. If it fit through a standard doorway it would be perfect. As a daycare provider I was so excited about this electric assist stroller. I got it and brought the boxes into my playroom/daycare room and assembled it with no issue. It comes with the wheels for it to be non-electric, and if you buy the electric version you also get a separate box with the electric wheels and battery. So, got the new rear wheels on it and all is good. Today, taking it out for the first time, I went to push it out the door and THE REAR WHEELS are too wide to get out the door! Tried angling it. No. Tried to lift and angle. No. Tried to reverse out. No. I had to remove the back axel/wheels, get the stroller out, then reassemble. Who makes a stroller that doesn’t fit through a standard sized door? It is my mistake because it clearly says the width is almost 38 inches…but I have had quad and 6 seat strollers in the past and they have always been made to get through a 36” door. I am so mad. This is a ridiculously expensive stroller to just leave outside with a rain cover on it. Not everyone has a garage or carport. I guess I will have to make room in the shed, but that brings a whole new issue of getting it out everyday since it isn’t easily accessible. The stroller itself is as cute as can be and is easy to push even without assist. You do have to turn assist on or off as you use the stroller…I thought you could just turn assist on and then push, and hit the button when you need assist…not so much. And even as top assist speed it is still pretty slow…but it makes a big difference on hills with a stroller full of kids.

Unsafe Stroller & Poor Customer Service – Avoid This Brand!
I purchased this stroller expecting a high-quality and safe product, but unfortunately, that was not the case. The stroller's wheel broke during use, creating a serious safety hazard. Given that this is a product designed to transport children, I expected the company to take responsibility and provide a proper resolution. Instead, when I reached out to customer service, they acknowledged the defect but refused to cover return shipping costs. They expected me to pay out of pocket to send the entire stroller back, even though the issue was due to their product’s failure. This is completely unacceptable for a company that claims to prioritize safety and quality. If you’re considering this stroller, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. A stroller should be durable and safe, and the company should stand behind its product. Unfortunately, this one failed in both areas. Save yourself the hassle and choose a more reliable brand.
