I was having knee pain issues and tried a hinged brace which seemed to make things worse. Ran across a knee strap that my mom used to wear for similar pain issues (younglings take note: you WILL turn into your parents someday), I gave it a try. It helped, so I grabbed these to be able to try a strap for each knee, and while it's not a miracle cure, the straps do help, especially if I'm walking a lot while working. These are nicely padded, easily put on and adjusted so well worth the money.

My pain was right under that strap. Put me through the roof. Maybe I can use it in the future but not for the reason I bought it. So sad

Used for knee pain. Make a difference when I'm on my feet alot. Does what it's supposed to do, which is help diminish the pain in my knee.

I am super happy with the overall design and quality of these knee straps. They are very soft and comfortable, as well as adjustable. However, they are not adjustable enough for my small legs. I have both sides of the straps adjusted as far as they will go and still have too much space for these to be functional. Quality wise, they are well-made. As far as functionality, I can only assume they would do their job. These will be put in the first aid box in case we need them at a later time for someone else.

I'm plus-sized and have pain in my knees stemming from my patellas. These bands work great for me. They fit well without squeezing and stay up. They do reduce my knee pain and are small enough to wear below clothes.

-Fit is a little big-The hard plastic velcro tabs rub a little-I returned them immediately after trying them on for those reasons
