I’ve been drinking one of these coffee-flavored protein shakes every morning for months, and they’re the only protein shake I’ve tried that doesn’t taste awful. I’m on a GLP-1 journey, and these have been a game changer for keeping my protein intake up while managing my appetite. If I drink one around 7–9 a.m., I usually stay full until 2–4 p.m. They’ve also helped me keep muscle during weight loss (at least according to my smart scale, for whatever that’s worth). They’re smooth, easy to grab in the morning, and way better than trying to force down chalky powders. Bonus: they taste amazing with coffee. Pouring one into a cup as a creamer substitute makes a really good protein-packed latte. I love this protein shake. I take it every weekday and love the results. I’ve had no problems with clumping mix, texture, or stomach upset. I find the calorie acceptable and nutritional values. Good. I love the fact that this one has a little caffeine mixed in. I take it after my morning coffee and it works out great.

These are my favorite protein shakes. I drink one a day. They’re smooth and taste great. Very low carb for those who don’t want the calories. My only complaint is how much the price has increased over the years.

Tastes Wonderful! If you’re bad about getting enough Protein in your diet this is the perfect solution and the Cafe Latte is equivalent to a cup of coffee too. Great way to start a Morning.😃 I recommend Premier. Taste, Nutrition and a bonus Coffee flavor. The Vanilla is wonderful too. I haven’t tried Strawberry 🍓but, my Son says it’s good too.

This protein shake is surprisingly good! It’s the right amount of sweetness without being overpowering. I hate fake sugar but this really isn’t too bad. It’s very filling and keeps me full for way more than the 3 hours they claim. I’ll definitely be buying more!

I drink one of these every morning. Just enough caffeine that I stopped drinking coffee. 30 grams of protein fill me up and I love all the additional vitamins and minerals! I keep them on hand al the time! Delicious too!
