Why are most of these reviews for a vitamin c supplement and not the product being sold? That's false advertisement bait and switch tactic AKA illegal

My review for Kirkland brand vitamin C ended up on this product. I have never ordered the Berberine supplement. I don't believe it was intentional, just a system issue.

Their listing says "country of origin- USA" but ill check my bottle when i'm home and update if it differs
