I got a lava lamp for a friend of mine that loved mine.. Hers arrived and when turned on It was so cloudy you couldn't enjoy its "burrbols". So went to the return department ordered another one asked for a replacement not a refund. The next day the lamp was there. It was tipped on it's side and was nervous it might be in the same shape and being cloudy again Much to our delight the lamp was perfect and so pretty. So I have to give it a 5 rating,due to how Amazon quickly handled the service and the replacement. I did not give a bad rating because we all know packages are not always handled gently. and tossed around, sort of like your luggage when your at the airport and you recognize your luggage and feel a relief cause the you know it made it,in one piece only to watch the handlers play catch with your luggage! So 5 star rating because the service agents handled it quickly and I had my return labels and she had her new lava light and its crisp and not a touch of blurry. thank you

In-freakin-credible. I'm obsessed with this lamp. I haven't owned a lava lamp in about 10 years. My last one stopped moving the wax internally after a while. I'm pretty sure it's because I left it on all the time, even when I wasnt home. Because it takes about an hour to heat up from all the way cold to start around, and I like it to be on as soon as I get home. Anyways, so far ive left it on almost 24/7 since I got it about a month ago, and it remains super pretty and functional! I didn't love the color of the metal cap and base at first, but since I use it as a mood light while the rest of the room is dimmed, it actually looks AMAZING 😍

came with a few scratches on the paint and the top cap was bent out of shape. its made from a bad material so it was easy to bend back. it also came foggy and wouldn't fix through cycling because modern lava lamps aren't made as well. was able to replace the fluid because i'm goated like that (note that this will void any replacement warranty). now that its fixed its nice, love the colour—perfect size/brightness for ambient lighting. but i'd personally avoid modern lava lamps unless you're prepared to potentially return the lamp until you get one thats not foggy OR if you're prepared to do some tinkering

Let me start off by saying this: This is a great brand. The only brand of Lava Lamps I care to spend money on, in fact. Even after this review of my experience this time around, the company DOES make good products and I'm still gonna buy from them, regardless of the experience I've had this one time. So as I said, I've owned lava lamps before. They do get cloudy after a while(many years). However, this one came cloudy. I ran it through cycles and then left it off for a few days for things to settle and no improvement. So its either close to 10 years old and the chemistry is all outta whack or someone gave it a crazy amount of shaking, to the point of no return. I'm gonna go ahead and void my warranty or whatever at some point and switch out the liquid myself. It's not super difficult and I've done it before but it is annoying and since I paid nearly $40 for it, I feel like i shouldn't have to do this after just receiving it. after 8-10 years? sure. but right after receiving it? absolutely not. I plan to order the orange wax, original base one at some point in the near future so hopefully that one wont be such a project. I'm not gonna return it cuz...well, im lazy and dont want to drive to the post office...but if they wanna send me another one, I wouldn't be opposed to it. Yes, I gave it 4 stars because I've owned this brand for years and this is my first issue with them, ever. I'm more than willing to give benefit of the doubt and blame the shipping process rather than factory defect or selling an old dusty lamp. These things happen and I will adjust and adapt without going to the post office to wait another two weeks for the situation to be resolved. If your lamp gets cloudy or comes cloudy, you CAN fix it yourself if you feel confident in your ability to do so but if you're unfamiliar with the process then don't do it. However, if you're not-lazy and don't hate driving as much as I do, have this issue resolved by sending it off and getting it replaced. They ARE indeed a good company. Sometimes these things happen though.

The original lava lamp is just an instant classic. It's got that timeless, relaxing vibe that makes it a great night light and a super ambient piece for any room. The blue and pink lava colors look fantastic. I use mine on a Philips Hue smart plug and it works perfectly. In terms of value for money, it's exactly what you'd hope for—just a classic piece that does what it’s meant to do. Overall, if you like lava lamps, you can’t go wrong with this one!

I leave my lamp on for about 5-6 hours, 3-5 days a week. It takes about 70-90 minutes to warm up enough to start oozing because it's chilly in my office, but once it starts, it's so neat to watch! I love the pink lava with the blue goo. Super easy to set up, just make sure you leave it on long enough to start oozing the first time, and don't mess with it while it's hot. I'm happy with the price for how cool it is and it's a nice accessory to liven up my workstation.

I love this thing! I turn it on every night. Makes a perfect nightlight too. It's right next to my bed. I enjoy watching the lava rise and fall, and the different shapes it makes! I had one in the 1970s lol and it kinda brings back memories.

Reicieved lamp in good condition. Put it all together turned it on immediately the bulb blew. Ordered replacement bulbs, exactly the same as the one shipped. Turned on again and noticed that the lamp was cloudy. Did what the instructions said to clear it up. Didn't work. So called the support line given on the instruction sheet for further steps to fix the issue. The nice lady promptly told me that because I did not buy the lamp directly from them I was supposed to call Amazon to resolve the issue or return it for a replacement (which is taking a chance). So that's my story.

O produto é muito bom e atendeu as minhas expectativas. Porém, achei a luz um pouco fraca. Talvez um outro tipo de lâmpada seria melhor. Mas fora isso, é muito bonito e melhora a estética do quarto.

Sólo le pongo 4/5 por que se supone el agua debe venir clara y no viene así. SIN EMBARGO A MI ME ENCANTA CÓMO SE VE si, el agua vino un poco turbia, pero no me importa, siento que le da un aire a pócima, caldero, pantano, algo más místico. La compré a sabiendas de que el agua no era cristalina así que para mí la vdd es un 5/5 estrellas. Voy a dejar video,fotos y foto de mi primera lámpara, que ahora se me hace super aburrida y fea (morada/fucsia en agua transparente) comparándolas...

Simplesmente horrível, além de não ser parecido com as fotos disponíveis, o produto veio com a lâmpada queimada, tive que comprar outra lâmpada para testar o produto e a lâmpada nova também queimou depois de menos de 3 horas ligado que, diga-se de passagem, está dentro do limite de tempo que o manual de instruções indica. Em resumo: É um produto muito caro que não entrega nada

Es fascinante, funciona perfecto, se aprecia mejor a cierta distancia, ANTES DE PRENDERLA PRIMERA VEZ debes leer las instrucciones. Me encanta y la quiero en todos los colores.

Veio com defeito. Muita mão de obra para devolver. Vou ficar com o produto do jeito que está.
