Bought this coffee machine in Feb 2025. Nobody came to install because they said they can't come from Bangalore to Mangalore. Then why deliver to Mangalore?Then we figured it out with the help of a video they sent. But now in 4 months it stopped functioning. Lodged a complaint through toll free number twice. Again first time the person from Bangalore called and said he can't come to Mangalore. Second time no one has responded. Very sorry to say, but regret buying the product. That's a lot of money for 4 months usage. Why deliver to a place where you can't give service.

I like the aroma of the coffee and ease of cleaning post making coffee. Machine is portable and heat resistant which makes it stand out and value for money.

Pressure of steam inadequate, takes ling time to make 1 cup cappuccino
The company has sent person for demo video, he explained the functioning of the machine thoroughly.The 15 bar pressure that the company claims is totally false. It is not even giving me steam as good as 5 bar machine that I used earlier.
