I am thrilled I got this! I read all the reviews and was a little worried, but so far I love it. It cleans well. My floor is dry in about a minute. It does seperate the gunk from the dirty water which is great. I have a crazy amount of cat hair from my two cats, and I have long hair. (wykyk.) Sweeping alone or vacuuming would never get even a 16th of what this gets. The self cleaning is awesome! I'm amazed at how much cat hair is in the tank to dump after the self cleaning has finished. All that would normally be stuck on the brush or in the pipes. No hair is ever wrapped around the brush. A full battery life is good enough for me to do my kitchen, pantry, living room, family room, and bathroom on smart mode while still using turbo and max enhancement where needed. The instructions are easy to understand and thorough. The box comes with a bottle of soap, a cleaning brush, an extra filter, and an extra roller brush. The weight is very light. It's extremely easy to maneuver around. It cleans right up to the edge of the wall. The suction is great. Although I've yet to try picking up anything gross like in the videos. It can be paused instantly either by standing upright or pushing the power button. Absolutely no complaints.Oh, there's a quiet mode too, but its not loud anyway. The self clean mode makes a little noise too, but nothing that can be ignored, or that is intrusive in any way.

I ordered this vacuum after watching several videos on YouTube recommending it. I am super happy with the purchase. Our home is usually not “dirty”, but I want to cut down on the dust by mopping the floors more often. I can’t say I enjoy mopping myself, so I got this to help. WOW, what a wonderful product. The design is superb, very easy to use, cleaning the floor and the dirty rank is so easy. I want to mop every day now. But it does such a good job that I really only need to use it once a week. I have hard surfaces throughout my house ( hardwood and tile), so this is perfect! My home has never been so clean!

I used this floor cleaner for the first time today, and I am amazed by how wonderfully effective it is. It cleaned my dark hardwood floors without streaks. It is very lightweight, self-propelled, and the floors are quickly vacuum dried. Dirty water is sucked into a separate tank, so only clean water touches the floor. It’s worth every penny.

Fairly easy to assemble, very hard to read the giant instruction chart since it's printed in tiny letters, but didn't really need it to setup and figure out how to use. The device works very very well (for us old folks), instead of using multiple Swiffer wet pads and lots of manual scrubbing of floors. Have tried many other electric floor scrubbers, but this one so far is the best! Roller pad self cleans, all you have to do is empty and rinse out the dirt and dirty water receptacle and put it back in the holder to charge again for next use. Well worth the $350+ price compared to what I've spent on other floor cleaners.

I love this combo mop/vacuum: quick charging time, powerful suction, and incredible cleaning power. Even the edges get cleaned with very few missed spots. You can feel how clean the floor is on your feet once you complete cleaning. Water does not pool on wood floors and does dry very quickly. The various cleaning modes (turbo, quiet, etc.) work well. Vacuum is relatively quiet as compared to robots or regular vacuums. Love that I can grab it at the time of a spill or mess and quickly clean up.I would have awarded this purchase five stars, but cleaning time was interrupted several times while cleaning about 1000 Square Feet of wood flooring. Vacuum tells you to return the vacuum to the charging station to clean the roller brush, dump water, or clean the appliance. The floor is not dirty, so disappointing that it takes 3-4 different cleaning sessions to complete the vacuum and mopping. Otherwise, excellent purchase. I would choose this vacuum over my previous robot vacuum for quality of cleaning, noise reduction, and ease of use.

I am totally amazed by this vacuum mop! I did a lot of research before purchasing and it really lives up to and exceeds all of my expectations. I was first struck by how quiet and light it is, what a pleasant surprise! It cleans my floors so quickly and doesn’t leave any streaks!! My last Bissell left my floors super wet and I had the change out the clean and dirty water reservoirs multiple times in a cleaning session. Somehow this machine cleans my floors 100 times better with less water, it’s magic! I LOVE the fact that it has a wall to wall brush roll, so it cleans right up to the edge of baseboards, doors, etc. Also, I really like the fact that the cleaning solution has a separate reservoir and the machine controls dispensing it in relation to the amount of dirt being detected. I’ve already saved so much money on cleaning solution, no unnecessary waste. The control display is easy to navigate and has an intuitive design. Lastly, the self cleaning function is fantastic! The roller brush is cleaned and dried as part of the process which is awesome because it eliminates any funky smells. Plus, I have pets and there is no pet hair left on the roller or in the intake pipe when it’s finished. Overall, this is a great value for the money and I can’t imagine cleaning my floor with anything else!

This is a miracle machine! It cleans the floors right up to the edge. It sweeps and mops and does a great job of both. It separates the chunky dirt from the liquid mop water and it is very easy to clean both areas. After having two years of arm problems, I very much appreciate that it is self propelled. It is also self cleaning! I'm glad to have such an awesome vacuum/mop.
