just Brilliant
The BIG trouble with laptop bags/briefcases which are made for 17" laptops is that they are not strong enough, they tend to rip within weeks; 17” laptops are heavy. This one IS strong, its genuinely made to carry the weight. The compartments are very well thought out, the layout is good and the product is functionally well designed. In short, well designed, well thought out and very good value.

Well made bag.
Excellent quality, strap needs more padding, have passed through customs at airports 6 times with bag and none of them recognise SCAN FAST, so still have to get lap top out. maybe only recognised in USA.

Not strong enough to hold the laptop it was designed to carry
After speaking with the seller about this item I got the old 'it's not our problem' warranty speech, after having the bag less than 12 months. I use my laptop bag once a week to move my computer to my second job and bring it home. The very reason I bought this bag is it's an Alienware bag, the idea it would hold my laptop making it safe to carry around seems to be untrue. After a 3 months of using the bag the strap hooks on either side broke. This has really annoyed me, not only in terms of the bag is not fit for service the staff selling the bag want nothing to do with their customer providing no help what so ever.
