Great comfort, great features, good performance, comparatively decent price point.
I bought these earphones primarily because they offered a full suite of controls which includes volume control on both earphones. Most other earphones have play, pause, skip as standard but they lack volume control. Some which offered volume control often came at a sacrifice for another feature. I wanted to have full access with no compromise. Second thing I wanted was comfort for long runs and security that they won’t fall out. That is why I choose the form actor. I connected these to my sports watch for music and prompts during work outs. The headphone stayed in place during the entire session with no issues in comfort. The only problem I had was accidentally touching the wrong things. On he first run when I was putting the headphones in, I accidentally skipped the track and turned volume up to max, which was less than ideal. This might be a learning curve and I’m hoping the more I use them I’ll figure it out. When you skip, pause there is a 2-3 second delay and some times it didn’t respond. Which can be a bit confusing whether I have to tap again or wait for it to do its thing. I have noticed instead of tapping and short press on the capacitive touch area is more effective. It’s slight annoying but not a show stopper. The volumes works instantaneously so no issues there. The ANC works and it’s simple to activate. You get clear spoken feedback. This lets you know which mode you are in - no guess work or trying to remember which tones mean what. Taking one earphones out takes between 2-4 seconds for the one left in to pause the audio; again this is only a slight inconvenience. I was listening loud with ANC on, I took one of the earphones out to reply to someone and they’ll start talking while the other headphone still blasting music I’m my ear.. maybe this is only be because I use them connected to my watch for audio. Next time I could have try to cycle through to turn ANC off or I could mask the wait time for the music to pause by talking first. Anyway, after my season I kept the earphones in listening to the music. This is something I never did with my old set of earphones because the audio was not great. After installing the JLab app and playing around with the EQ settings my expectations were blown away by the bass response and the overall sound quality. There is plenty to do in app, a feature that took me by surprise was the ability to burn in the audio drivers in the earphones. I’ve only heard about that feature on expensive car audio set ups - whether it’s a gimmick here or not it was interesting to see it being offered. I let mine burn in while I slept until the battery died. If these earphones could delivered a secure fit, okay sound quality, and easy to use controls I would have been happy. With all those boxes ticked my experience went far above my expectations. All in all, these are great earphones and I hope they keep working for allot more sweaty hours to come. At the price point for these earphones, I felt it would be unfair to compare these to my Apple EarPods Pro 2 but comparing them to the EarPods they hold their own. For my use case, connected to a non-Apple watch, they beat the Apple EarPods in every way.

Comfy clear ear budd
Good sound when you adjust the setting in the app. Bass is good. The noise cancelling works but not 100% that too must be put on in the app. Batteries last many hrs and the charging base last days. A quality product.

Great Product!
Simply the best earbuds I've ever had. They feel like they were designed specifically for me. Good fit over my ears, comfortable to wear and sound is great. There's a nice selection of sizes of rubbery bits that fit into your ears supplied. I think that most of the noise cancelling comes from this good fit, I can't hear much difference with it turned on or off. I was a little worried reading other reviews as other people have had trouble with the app however it worked perfectly for me. This allows a custom audio balance to be used which is a nice feature. Another nice feature is the sensor that pauses play when one of the earbuds is taken off. Play is resumed when that bud is placed in the case or put back in the ear. Battery life is good with both the buds and the case. The case has a quality feel and is much more rugged than with other products I've owned in the past. I've already bounced it on concrete once with no damage. My only grumble about this product is the touch buttons, which I find hit or miss. Trying to tap the correct 'code' in for the function you want can be frustrating. Overall, I think this is a great product and I'm glad I paid extra to purchase it over a no-name version, of which I've had many.

Not fit for purpose
I bought these as I wanted something for the gym that was sweat proof, noise cancelling, secure and with good sound quality and after looking at cheaper options I went with these as I thought paying £100 would ensure most things would live up to expectation. Sadly they were disappointing on nearly all points: - sweat proof - they may well be I didn’t keep them long enough to find out. - sound quality SHOCKING!! at best tinny at worst muffled - noise cancelling (this is the big one) they ARE NOT REMOTELY NOISE CANCELLING. They claim to have 3 options allowing noise cancelling on or off or background sound. I tried all 3 option numerous times as wasn’t sure which was which. I still don’t know as there was no change to the amount of background noise. Even at full volume at the gym (which is dangerous for your aural safety) I could still clearly hear the gym music and the instructors. - secure fitting that one was ok they were comfortable and weren’t going to fall off. I cocntacted Amazon and they confirmed I could return which was great. Unfortunately the agent I spoke to said I would receive a refund within 3 hours of returning the item to the collection point. I checked I heard this correctly as it seemed unusual but was confirmed yes so i selected an Amazon gift card as I still needed headphones and thought I could get an alternative for the weekend. Unfortunately now at 36 hours later and no gift card, the return box wouldn’t scan, there was a error with the receipt (this came through a big later thankfully). So I am currently without headphones and £100 down. Probably my 1st negative experience with Amazon or a product I’ve bought in a few years. In summary if you want noise cancelling these are NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE (I tried my partners airpod Pro after to see if I was expecting too much - at a safe volume I couldn’t hear a thing apart from my music so pods definitely can be noise cancelling.

Absolutely wonderful
I've had these a month. I got them after reading a positive review elsewhere. I was extremely sceptical but they are incredible. I'm sensitive to noise, I suffer in our office where the radio is on all the time. These don't remove all sound, nothing could, but they really take the obnoxious edge off. I can now work in the office with the ANC on and just some light white noise playing in the headphones. In a quieter environment I'll just have on the ANC white noise which is odd to begin with but quite nice now. It's even possible to have the driver listening to moderate level music playing in the car and I can sit and listen to a podcast.. Battery life is excellent. They don't work for calls, people I've tried speaking to can't hear me, but I just switch to non Bluetooth when the phone rings. I can't work out how the controls work by tapping the ear pieces so I just use the app, which does the job well. Sound quality seems good for music although I'm not a connoisseur. They are honestly life changing!

Bluetooth cut out - Noise Cancellation not the best - Bad for phone calls
I felt like I needed to write a review as I did SO MUCH research into new headphones and these came out tops within my price range, even though there was a couple of bad reviews, but no where near as many bad reviews compared to it's competitors. I was super excited when these came in the post, but unfortunately I was disappointed and had to return them. Due to : - The fit wasn't the best, the loop didn't actually sit on my ears properly even when adjusted (but that's different for everyone, because everyone has different sized ears) - Most annoying thing was the bluetooth kept cutting out when connected to my Iphone 12(brand new) my phone was locked and the music kept pausing a second at a time and sometimes stopped completely, I've never had this problem before with other headphones. - When I took phone calls on the headphones, even when ambient sound was activated, I couldn't hear myself speak properly and the other person on the other end couldn't hear me properly. Environment noises took over, turned off the ambient sound mode too but still wasn't clear, so ended up taking my headphones out. - Noise Cancellation was pretty bad - couldn't tell the difference when it was activated and not activated, was exactly the same. - the touch sensitive controls were also a bit temperamental - the volume also wasn't very loud, I had it put up too full and it was just loud enough, not deafening. But could easily be lost if you were in a noisy environment, especially as the noise cancellation wasn't the best. The sound quality was really good and especially that you can adjust the EQ in their app. Also the battery life is great! But that's about it :/

Rubbish product for the price
Bought these based on the amount of 4/5 star reviews I saw Tried them on they are pretty comfortable Build quality is decent However the ANC is terrible as it produced a hissing sound When switing to transparency mode there was an even louder hissing sound The only usable mode is when anc and transparency mode is switched off The touch control on the ear uds is quite complicated and annotto use The only decent thing about this product is the battery life I bought these on sale for £70 from £100 But after using the product I wouldn't pay £30. Returned promptly and purchased the Anker buds which are much better in terms of performance. And build quality. There are a lot of alternatives for a more fair price so so more research before considering these.

Great battery life!
I've not really used Bluetooth headphones. Personally, the whole thing seems pretty crazy. They'll fall out of your head and onto the ground and you'll be out a ton of money just because you don't want a wire there? But these wrap around and stay in your ear really well and have tracking in case you lose them (which, probably, all of them do but those other ones can suck it). There's different-sized ear pieces for those with ears not quite like the rest. I'm with you. The app that you use with it has 1.2 stars on Google Play and a lot of reviewers are saying they can't even open the app but I'm able to with my Pixel 4a and you don't actually need the app to use these. Just figured you may want to know. The app just lets you toggle noise cancelling and it has an equalizer. Also, the battery life is great! Not that I'd know from anything else but I find myself instinctually going to charge these even though I have like 85% left after using them for hours. Will say, only had them less than a week, though. One drawback: when you have to double or triple-tap on either of the headphones to do special, fancy, Bluetooth headphone things (play/pause, ask for SIRI, whatever) it can sometimes mistake how many taps you've done. Don't know if that's me or if that's just them but I always have my phone nearby, anyway, so it's not a bother to just pick it up instead of doing the double/triple tap. It gets the single-tap stuff spot on, though! Turning up and down the volume is very rarely awkward at all - particularly in public! All in all, a good piece of hardware!
