This is a different brand than I usually buy but was looking for a more budget friendly option and I am pleasantly surprised. The flavor is mild and mixes well with juice or tea. I feel the immediate perk in the morning without the afternoon energy crash. It's hard to tell objectively but I feel it's more effective than my old brand, even without having cycled for the last two months and it's half the price.
