This is the best keypad mobile manufactured so far by Lava. Those who are the lovers of keypad mobile ,they must by it for various reasons --- comfortable size, sound , network, look and above all its wonderfull battery back up. Earlier I bought three sets of the same brand and my experience is simply awesome. Price is also is quite low in terms of its quality.

​I am writing to report a significant issue with the mobile device I recently received. Upon activation, the phone displays a "SIM not detected" error, and I have confirmed that the SIM card is working correctly in another device.​Furthermore, when I attempted to perform a factory reset to troubleshoot the issue, the device required a PIN. This strongly suggests that the phone is not a new, unused unit but rather a previously activated or used device.​I am extremely disappointed to receive a product in this condition, and I request a replacement with a genuinely new, unused mobile phone. Please advise on the next steps for returning this faulty unit.

After trying so many times sim may get inserted in the slot .. by trying like this the second sim slot one leg has got broken.. second sim slot is not working now.. after contacting service centre they are saying it is physical damage we can't repair this under warranty. They will repair the sim slot with charge of Rs250.. phone cost is only1159 who else want to repair with such price...So after all these if u want buy these phone you can but for those who always change thier phone for some reason this is not for you because if u try to remove sim so many times sim slot space is tight so the phone sim slot leg gets broken and u can't use the phone without repairing itIf you are wishing this phone to buy for kannada language support then don't go for it because this phone doesn't support kannada language perfectly and typing in kannada is also difficult and language script also looks like other language..

2g connectivity enabled basic feature phone with dual SIM and 32gb expandable storage with vga camera. The phone has torchlight with dedicated switch for torch. 1750mah battery with standby for 8 days. Charging time almost 1.5hours.price around 1200 INR. The phone is compact and user friendly. Radio is there. I love the design.What can be improved: The sound grill is in the backside. It should be in the sideways. The phone should have 4g connectivity with improved features like you tube and battery capacity 2100mah. UPI enabled feature should be added. This phone should be enhanced with loaded features. If possible, tie up with any music app for unlimited music like Saregama caravaan or yt music. Phone tracker should be there. For any student or any elder people who don't want to use smartphone, can carry this as their first phone.With this improvements and price range upto 3500 inr, it might capture the feature phone market.
