For me, the New 3DS XL has always been a very uncomfortable system. It's too thin, too heavy (unbalanced, even!), and too smooth. I've tried the other grip designs available for the N3DS XL, at least the ones that aren't going for an outrageous price from Japan, and while the thinner CyberGadget was pretty good (when it was available), this is by FAR the most comfortable.It's a bit more spendy than the other common design or other 3D printed ones from elsewhere, it took a month to get to me, and the case it comes with feels flimsy and has some sharp edges (I'll try with another one and see if it fits - UPDATE: The grip only fits with the included case, others are too thick), but I can finally use my N3DS XL for more than 30 minutes maximum without getting hand cramps and aches.Everything fit just fine, the grip slid right onto the bottom half of the system after I got the case on.It's clearly 3D printed, but finished in a way that looks and feels more premium than something that just came off the print bed. No rubber coating or anything like that either, so it won't get sticky over time like some other grips that were available over the years.For reference, my hands are 19x9cm measured bottom of palm to tip of middle finger and across the knuckles minus thumb. This may or may not be important.Highly, highly recommended. It's worth the price and the wait. Thank you for keeping this in production and available.

This fits perfectly and has no issues would buy again.

The grip does not fit if the protector is on, which defeats the purpose. It will damage your 3ds trying to put it on.

I have been using the common grip you see on Amazon. It’s ok but is not very ergonomic and does not fill the hand. This one feels great! The hardshell case is well made with no physical manufacturing defects. The grip feels comfortable and fills the hand nicely and my wrist thank you!My only complaint is the grip has a slot for Nintendo switch games. Cool idea just wish it was for 3ds games. Haha. If the slots were made for 3ds games I would give this 5 stars.

It took a few weeks for it to arrive, but it is so worth it. Now I can hold my 3ds comfortably for longer without cramping.
