Finally Getting Deeper Sleep! Highly Recommend.
This BOYUNSHI Sleep Instrument has become an essential part of my wind-down routine. I've struggled to achieve deep, restful sleep for a while, often waking up feeling like I barely slept. Since using this device, focusing on the calming sensation in my palm, I've found myself drifting off much more easily. It's lightweight, fits comfortably in my hand, and the microcurrent technology seems to genuinely promote a sense of calm that helps me transition into sleep mode. What I appreciate most is the noticeable difference in my sleep quality. I feel like I'm finally hitting those deeper sleep cycles, and I wake up feeling significantly more rested and ready for the day. The portability is fantastic, and the USB charging makes it hassle-free. Having two modes is a nice touch, allowing me to adjust the sensation. For anyone seeking a simple, portable, and effective aid for insomnia or just improving overall sleep depth, this BOYUNSHI device is absolutely worth it. 5 stars from a much happier sleeper!

Not worth buying
This is a waste of money. It does not work, as it has to be set at the highest setting to feel anything, and it is inconsistent.

A great purchase for my daughter
My 18 year old daughter thinks this is really good. She has autism and adhd and suffers with anxiety and depression. She says it helps her to feel drowsy enough to fall asleep if she has it on the highest setting. The 20 minute timer is long enough. She also thinks it will help her during her depressive episodes. She’s intending to take it to college to help with her anxiety.

Worked for me, sleep has improved since I started using it
This is a little device that you hold in your palm and it sends either calming or energising pulses depending on the setting.I have been using it at night as I go to sleep in the calming mode. I've been able to record if it's worked for me as I wear a Garmin Fenix 7x smart watch which has quite advanced sleep tracking.Due to stress at work and job worries my sleep for the past month has been very poor - my watch records it as "interrupted, poor" amongst other quite scary terms! The first few nights I used the sleep aid, it was quite jarring at first as you notice the "shocks" it pulses to your fingers, and I did wonder if I was using it correctly (I think there should be more information on correct usage, and exactly how to hold it in your palm, which way the metal bit should face etc - it's fine, but it would be nice for peace of mind). I think that at least some of the reason why it's worked for me is that instead of worrying about work, and the house repairs, bills etc etc, I was thinking "hey that's actually giving me an electric shock!" - it's not painful or too unpleasant, but was enough to stop me dwelling on life's problems - and I drifted off to sleep quite quickly.I woke up and my watch said I'd had "good recovery" - and my sleep score had improved! I don't think it's a coincidence and the next night was the same. A week later and I'm still using it (which must prove it's doing something - or I believe it's doing something) - and my sleep score last night was "excellent recovery".I would have been cynical on the effectiveness of these types of aid, but having actual stats from my watch and feeling better in a morning shows it does work for me - it's been interesting and I'll keep on using it!

Pulse or electric shock?
Although it works and my sleeping pattern has improved, I feel the "pulse" is more like a small electric shock. I don’t know if this is how it should feel as I’ve read other reviews talk about a gentle pulse. However, it’s easy to use and comfortable in my hand. I’m no longer awake until the early hours of the morning and my sleep seems deeper and I’m not as tired as I used to be when I wake up. I would give it 5 stars except for the uncertainty about the “pulse”.

Stopped pulsing in 2 months Refund given
This arrived well packaged and looking good. It worked well and my sleeping improved. However 2 months in and after the return window closed it now does not pulse. Charges fine, looks ok, light goes on but no pulsing. The Seller has now refunded me.

Defo worth a try!
Picked this up as a bit of a gamble, and I have to say, it’s been surprisingly effective. The BOYUNSHI sleep aid is compact and straightforward to use, with two modes to choose from. It’s great for winding down at the end of a long day. The microcurrent feels soothing, and I genuinely think it’s helped me relax and drift off a bit easier. Plus, being USB rechargeable is a real bonus. If you’re after a simple way to calm your mind, this is definitely worth a try

Painful even on the lowest setting.
Oh my goodness! What an instrument of torture this is! Recommended by a former work colleague I thought I’d give this a go, to help with sleep primarily. I’ve used a TENS machine before so I knew what to expect but this was extremely painful even on the lowest setting. Needless to say it’s on its way back for a refund! I’ll stick to white noise apps.
