The lancing device and lancets are working as expected. However, it pricks only if I set it to 5. I don't understand how other levels can make the device prick at all

Disappointing experience
The inner plastic needle holder was cracked. Difficulty in replacing the needle with a fresh one. Also, no manual enclosed
