I’ve had this pillow for a couple of months now. I bought it as I was having neck pain and stiffness after waking up. I was using a bigger, thicker, memory foam pillow to sleep. This pillow cradles the back of my neck perfectly. I would say it’s half way between fully soft and fully firm. It has held its shape over the past 2 months as it did when I first got it. The design is nice in that I’m able to rotate it depending on if I’m sleeping on my back, or sleeping on my side. It’s not too thin or too thick. No strange smell. My morning neck pain and stiffness has completely resolved. If they ever stop making this pillow when it’s time for me to replace it, I’ll be sad! The price was also super great. I was not expecting such a nice quality pillow for the price I paid.

I felt defeated trying to find the right pillow, especially searching online, knowing that reviews can be great and all they want, but a pillow is such a personal fit component that it'd be hard for any company to satisfy everyone. We have so many different preferences but mostly, we shape differently.I was soooo relieved to find this pillow because every night I dreaded going to sleep because of intense back pains. I thought it may have been the blow-up bed we slept on as our temporary fix for just moving in to our new apartment but found instead that it was the first new pillow we'd gotten. That pain was next to none. It felt like my spine was trying to push it's way between my breasts, and that was while standing up during the day after a night's restless sleep. When I tried this pillow, it took 2 days for me to joyfully realize that I was fixed. Praise the Lord, good night's sleep again.I highly recommend this pillow. For my 5' 3.5", side-sleeping, snore-when-I'm-tired self, the size was just perfect. For a much bigger person, manufacturers may want to try making a bigger version. I really hope this helps someone else out there too find much-deserved relief from pain.

I recognize that it's probably a really good pillow, but there are two reasons it doesn't work for me:1. I'm not a side, stomach, or back sleeper, and it's actually this pillow that made me realize how much I toss and turn during the night. While I can find a perfect position going to sleep, I'll inevitably shift during the night and wake up at an awkward angle because the pillow assumes I'll stay in the same position all night and does not adjust when I do.2. Speaking of not adjusting when I do, the reason for this is that the pillow is very firm. Sometimes I find a spot where my head seems to sink in and be really comfortable, but for the most part, if my head is in the wrong spot, the awkward angle will push my head in an uncomfortable position.I didn't rate this pillow less than four stars because it would probably work if I didn't move around so much at night, but because I do, it gives me neck and shoulder pain.

I was in PT for a frozen shoulder and kept feeling that I was losing all the progress I made at PT during the night while I was sleeping. I asked my therapist for a pillow recommendation and she suggested this type of pillow. I purchased one and noticed the next morning that I wasn't in as much pain as the day before. The longer I slept with this pillow, the less pain I felt. I decided everyone needed a good pillow to sleep on at night and purchased four more for Christmas presents for my family.

I purchased the Cervical Neck Pillow hoping to improve my sleep quality, as I was constantly waking up with pain in my shoulders and neck. Being a side sleeper, comfort was difficult to find, and my neck was always sweaty and uncomfortable during the night. Honestly, this pillow has been an absolute game changer!Since using this ergonomic memory foam pillow, my neck no longer sweats, and I wake up completely pain-free. Yes, the shape of the pillow is a bit unusual, but who cares when it works this well? I sleep comfortably through the night without tossing and turning trying to find the right position.I loved it so much that I bought one for my husband and one for my teen—and now everyone in our family enjoys better sleep. Highly recommended if you're struggling with neck pain, shoulder discomfort, or night sweats.

I think in theory I thought this would help. The arm holes are in an awkward place so not really used at all like it is in the picture. I would say the hole in the center was probably the only functionality I appreciated about it. But would not buy again. Did not help with pain relief.

I absolutely love this pillow! I can tell it helps my alignment and it offers excellent support without sagging or forcing me to sleep in an uncomfortable position. There is no smell or odor whatsoever, and the thickness is perfect for side sleeping or sleeping on my back. The pain relief is credible; my shoulders and neck feel so much better! My only suggestion is that it be a bit wider.
