i liked that this has a safety chain and the magnetic closure isn't huge. but still, it adds at least an inch to your bracelet length so keep that in mind. i don't like that it is plated, i would have preferred it to be sterling silver but it's not. only time will tell if it starts to turn or fade in color BUT on the other hand, since it came in multiple, i can just switch the old one out with a fresh one LOL. i haven't had it that long but so far it's held up very well, it hasn't come undone by accident not once yet and so far it's nice and shiny. i am very pleased!i took a picture so you can see how much length it will add to your bracelet. in my picture, it is from where the safety chain starts up to the spring ring clasp.

I am unable to hook a bracelet on myself and this magnet works great especially with the chain so you don’t lose it if you happen to hit it on something to disengage the magnet. I plan to use in a few necklaces as well .

My mom was having trouble putting her bracelets on by herself. These are perfect the chain allows her to use it without dropping it. Maganet is strong enough for a good hold. Love these!

I have arthritics, so have trouble opening small fashioners on delicate jewelry. These are nice, shiny and they fit a delicate bracelet. they have a safety chain, so make sure the bracelet is large enough to fit, they would not work on a large, chunky bracelet, but work very well on something delicate, like a chain or light charm bracelet. they magnets are strong enough to work. They do make it easier to put on bracelet that has a small catch.

Works well but the magnet is not strong enough. I've had stronger ones in the past and did not have a problem with the magnets coming apart so easily with the prior ones. This catches on anything even ever so slightly, and the magnet separates. Good the chain is on but if the chain or bracelet is too long, the bracelet can slide over my hand. Magnets need to be stronger!
