I love this stool. I use it more as an ottoman. It was easy to assemble, pretty self explanatory. Being able to store small things inside is a definite bonus. It's large enough to hold a small throw, or several decks of playing cards, or odds and ends, etc. It doesn't hold a lot, but it's nice to be able to put random items in side, when needed. The top/seat flips over and acts as a small table, which kind of looks like marble. It's a beautiful and handy piece of furniture. It's great.

Arrives with the legs/screws housed inside of the stool, which has a removable lid and inside storage. The lid is covered in the grey fabric, that feels like a Sherpa material; the other side of the lid has a faux marble hard surface that could be used for a small side table. Easy to assemble with 4 pin legs (each holding 3 screws each) and then add the feet to each leg. It sits close to the floor with a total height of approximately 18 inches, and 12 inches across the seat. It is sturdy enough to hold a 200 # adult (rated for up to 264# per the product description). It will be a perfect small space-saving stool/seat for a vanity. (Valued at $39.99 at time of review)

Super small, but still cute. Love the little bit of storage space inside and that the top can be flipped and used as a tiny table.Easy to put together as well!

Seems nice and sturdy and fits perfectly under our vintage 1970s desk! Love the extra storage in the inside! Helps keep the rugrats room looking neater!
