Not cheap- but not fake-This powdered cheese was exactly what I was hoping for.- It is very tasty on my popcorn. I highly recommend sprinkling over hot popped corn that you poured into a large brown paper bag. Sprinkle ( a powdered sugar sprinkle jar works best ) and shake vigorously, sprinkle then shake again. The hotter the corn- the better the “sticking to each kernel”. One jar has lasted almost 2 months- Am definitely going to buy again.

Love to use this to make a quick Mac n cheese. It's also great on popcorn! Love that is real ingredients. It has a great cheese flavor and blends into everything really well. Not lumpy or anything. Definitely buying again.

White cheddar flavor. Yummy on popcorn, add to plain pasta, sprinkle on broccoli with melted butter…very handy to have in the cupboard when you’ve run out of cheeses. And no tummy upset reaction from chemicals for me, that’s good!

This has a more buttery taste than that of cheddar. I will use it for popcorn, but not for sauces.

I'm glad I read the reviews, which did not let me down--this cheese does not disappoint. I use it to make lower-cal mac-n-cheese with high-protein Carbe Diem pasta, a little kefir ir buttermilk, and a Laughing Cow wedge. It's absolutely delicious!

Exactly as advertised and arrived in a timely fashion

It's not very cheesy. Plus, when I read the ingredients, "cheese" wasn't the first thing on the ingredient list. I bought another brand in the past but they aren't selling anymore. This isn't bad, it just took 3 times as much as the other and it still barely tastes like cheese. I'll be looking for another brand.

Absolutely love this cheese! I've been looking for a new cheesey topping for my popcorn and this is it. The only thing I don't care for is how it doesn't sprinkle on easy. It kinda stays in clumps, but not in a clumpy/gross way. I think its just how the texture is, it wants to stay together rather than sprinkle nicely. But overall very delicious as a popcorn topping!
