Me and my husband had been looking for a solar panel generator for about six months, and then we came across this GROWATT. The top three things that stood out to us that made us want to purchase. This brand of solar panel was the capacity of household items it can actually run. We have a four bedroom two bathroom house and this generator can definitely run the cooking items we have in the kitchen such as the air fryer microwave coffee maker skillet and also it can definitely run the items in the living room such as your tv, space heaters, computer , cellphones and even if you have a game system that the kids like to play. It functions very well with several items plugged up to it. Second thing we liked was the fast charge and the battery life when it is 100% This generator can definitely last a full day. Lastly, we like the mobility of it. It’s very heavy, but the suitcase design and wheels maked it easy to maneuver around. Overall, our money was well spent. We are very satisfied with this generator.

I puchased the Helios 3600 for our small cabin that experiences frequent power outages. I have tested it multiple times over the last 4 months and it does great. I charge it with wall power or a small propane generator and it will run my fridge and router, Starlink and TV for 24-30 hrs. A 2 hr charge and its good for another 24 plus hrs. I like it so much that I had my electrician add a separate panel that can run my whole downstairs and on Black friday I bought another Growatt so now I have double the backup as well as 240V. This will allow me to run the whole house including the well pump. My complaints are few. The bluetooth app does not work for me but I don't really care. The hadle and wheels should be side to side rather than front to back. Otherwise I am very impressed and look forward to setting up both units as well as adding solar panels at a future date.

Easy to use app. --- Cons --- Slight humming noise during charging, especially on 1200W+. --- Thoughts --- Quite a powerful battery. Used it to charge two laptops, e-bike, e-scooter, and battery pack all at the same time. Battery was shipped with 50%, used 18% in 4 hours (at the output rate of 20W to max of 311W) the above mentioned devices. Charging the battery back to 50% from 32% took less than 2 hours on 1800W charging through standard outlet. The buttons to enable/disable different outlets was more useful than thought. It also saves power by not having to keep all the converters inside enabled and running. The battery is heavy, but the build is sturdy and feels high quality. The wheels work fine on bumpy sidewalks. The display is useful in checking battery level, output power, and charging rate. The app (MyGro APP) is pretty easy to use. The dashboard page packs a lot of info about the current status of the battery, and just like with the actual battery, allows users to pick what type of outlets are enabled. Having the manual inside the app is also very useful, it saves time having to look up online for the model and make of the current battery. Only complaints for the app is text do not have enough contrast and some English translations being a bit too long for the space provided. Would like to see a revision with the handle moved to the opposite side of the wheels; that way people can pick it up with the handle even if it's turned over when lugging it. Also would like to see some changes to the Wifi/Bluetooth button; it is too easy to accidentally hit the button and turn off the connection. Perhaps making it a "hold to toggle" like with the power button would help? In that case, the enable/disable outlet buttons could also benefit from this feature. Overall, this is a well-built battery that can be used during power emergencies and outdoor use without hassle, along with its companion app that makes it easy to manage and monitor.

Works well

I’ve been looking for a reliable backup power source for camping and outdoor activities, and the Growatt 3600 has been a perfect fit. I really like its clean, minimalist design, especially the handle and wheels, which make a big difference when moving something this heavy. I’ve tested it in different situations, including running a hair dryer, a laptop, and an electric grill. It provided steady power and lasted long enough for all my needs. The variety of ports makes it super versatile, and I love that it also supports solar charging. I’m already thinking about getting their solar panel as my next add-on. Another thing I appreciate is how quiet it is while running. Even under a heavier load, the fan noise stays low and doesn’t disrupt the environment. Perfect for camping where peace and quiet matter. It's a great add-on for outdoor activities and power outages, making life easier.

Works ok when it works. I've had it hiccup turning on a small AC that takes about 300w, which made everything attach to it starting dimming and undimming. It can usually turn on that AC just fine, but for some reason the station is glitchy and inconsistent with when it wants to work. Also it randomly shuts off after some hours of usage. I've had it shut off twice within 2 hours with a small 250w load (just a PC and some monitors). No chance it was overheating and it had 80% charge. It will shut off even if it's not being used, I can hear the relays inside switching on and off randomly. Not sure what to make of that. I did do the firmware update through the app when I first got it, so maybe it's buggy. I contact their support for help and got an automated response and then nothing after a week. I would steer clear and getting a more known brand, because despite the features and specs on paper, the thing does not deliver basic functionality reliably. Edit: Just tried powering a dryer with 240v and the dryer didnt even turn on at all so that i can select a drying mode. Completely powerless with the 240v light bright green.
