I've been using this mousse as part of my heatless curl routine, and it has completely changed the game for me! I start with freshly washed hair, apply the mousse evenly, and let it air dry for about 30 minutes to an hour (my hair is thick and long, so it takes time). After that, I use a heatless curling bar overnight. In the morning, I do a quick blast of heat with my hairdryer, let everything cool, and then shake out the curls—and wow! The results are soft, defined curls that actually last. What I love most is that this mousse keeps my hair from getting frizzy and really helps the curls hold their shape throughout the day. I only wash my hair 2–3 times a week, and this styling routine helps my curls stay nice for a couple of days—sometimes even three! Highly recommend if you're looking for a way to get long-lasting, natural curls without using too much heat. A must-have in my routine!. Plus it smells great!

Maybe it wasn’t for me, I have more curly than wavy hair but i have super fine hair that’s thick. I liked it because it seemed to help with frizz but it just doesn’t have enough hold at all. 3 hours in my hair is just not defined at all. It’s also more soapy than mousse texture. I ended up buying the cake brand whipped mousse and had a night and day difference in hold and my curls looked amazing. It also is thicker and for a stronger hold so it does kind of become stuff if you put too much. As for this brand I just didn’t see it being worth my while when for the same price you could get cake brand which I’m really loving. This brand is definitely for the fine haired girls who have waves and not curls/ waves mixed. But i love the frizz control so 3 stars is fair

The bottle didn't come with any plastic wrapping or safety seals, and before I even opened it I noticed there was a hair inside the cap and the bottle is disgusting and dirty.
