Vayepro Stove Top Griddle, 22 Inch 2 Burner Large Grill Pan for Stove Top, Non-Stick Aluminum with Handles, Indoor Outdoor Cooking/Camping

This griddle is the best I've ever owned. It replaced my old one which was too big and much too heavy. This stove top griddle is lightweight and doesn't take up a lot of space. Everything cooks evenly and comes out perfect every time. Very easy to clean and sit perfectly on my stove top.

For this past Christmas, I wanted a new double burner griddle. The non-stick pans I used start to stick after about 18 months and this year was time to buy a new one. I use my pan to cook breakfast for the family. First the bacon, then two omelets at a time with onions. The last two pans I owned had the grease moat around the edge which I know serves a purpose but the moat is just not good for my application because I am not seeking to make an egg donut! I am perfectly able to cook my bacon and onions first followed by pouring off the grease before starting to make eggs. I searched for pans with no or little moats and returned three before getting this one. This one has worked great through my first two months of heavy use. The only sign of wear is a bit of discoloration on the bottom burner side.The bottom of the pan has a trussell like support system which I think I read helps keep the pan from warping. This pan has not warped and I have had pans warp on me so the lattice structure must work. I am not a heat transfer expert, but the Vayepro griddle with this underside support structure does better heat distribution than my past pans. The middle is still a bit warmer than the edge but my food is cooking more evenly.The griddle got a big thumbs up from me because it is the perfect height for my spatula. I sound a bit crazy, but I owned a Dreamfarm Chopula for two years and it can sit perfectly vertical on this pan because the pan’s lip is the right height. I could not have planned a better bundle nor did I expect to find the combination would matter so much to me. I was looking for a larger double burner pan and would like to see an option for this pan to be 1.5 inches longer. However, I do not miss the extra size as much as I thought I would. I do find the size large enough for four burgers two slices of bacon and cut onions which is what I needed. I also find the pan size easier for me to clean in the sink too. Thee pan is exactly the size described on Amazon and well worth the 5 stars.

I got this because I am getting a new glass top electric stove with a bridge element. I tried it on my current glass electric to see how it does. It was nice and flat out of the box. It did not slide around on my glass top electric. It heats quickly. I found I needed to turn the heat down a little. It is light weight and I was concerned it would warp after the first use but it did not. The nonstick worked great. It does come with a warning to only use nonmetal utensils. The handles have to be screwed on, but feel secure and they have stainless screws. The handles did get hot and I had to use hot pads to move the griddle after I used it. I cooked 6 tortillas at once instead of one at a time! I also cooked bacon and it did great. Overall, I am happy and don't see any need to buy an expensive one. I do see that this one will need to be handled with a little care, but I can do that. I think the crosshatched on the back will help keep it from warping.

This griddle arrived in a nice compact package. The handles were not attached, but each could be assembled with two simple screws. The pan is a nice lengthy size that can cover two grills on a gas or electric stove. I have a gas stove. Depending on how much grilling real estate you need, you can light one or both flames. I initially figured I would use this grill to make breakfast, especially pancakes because you can make several at the same time... more than in a traditional frying pan. I was pleased that this griddle can cook an entire meal at once. For example, it's possible to fry a couple of pork chops on one end and grill veggies and fry potatoes on the other. I prefer to assemble tacos in a frying pan with butter to make the shells crispy, but I can only do two at a time in my normal pan. On this grill, I can make twice as many at once (or maybe even 5, if I'm careful).The grill surface is non-stick, so I was surprised (and happy) to see grill marks on some veggies I prepared. There is a subtle pattern on the nonstick surface (see photos) and a criss-cross pattern is designed underneath the grill (also pictured), which I guess distributes the heat in such a way that grill marks may appear on certain foods. I also grilled a piece of salmon and was delighted to see that the skin became crispy like I prefer--something harder to achieve in my frying pans. I am still experimenting with this pan, trying to determine the correct cook times and temperatures since they differ from my other pans. The non-stick surface is great because it makes the grill super easy to clean. Make sure to use plastic or wooden utensils because you don't want to damage the non-stick surface. This is a great pan, especially if you need to prepare multiple items at the same time.

I couldn't be happier with this griddle! it heats evenly, has a large cooking surface, and is incredibly easy to clean. taco night is so much better and less chaotic ever since I got it. if you're on the fence about getting a griddle, go for it—you won't regret it!

Great for the Coleman grill and stove top.Easy to clean and no stick.Bought a secone one for a gift.

It works like it should. Pretty even cooking. Not fond of the pattern on the griddle that leaves it's mark on the pancakes I made but overall it cooked them well and definitely is non stick.

My wife and I love it. It cooks very evenly and the coating is staying strong. It's very easy to clean and I have nothing bad to say about it... Which is very rare!
