La encontré a muy buen precio y decidí comprar esta también aunque tenía otras dos para comparar y escoger dentro de más o menos el mismo rango de precio. Nada más abrir la caja supe que me lo iba a quedar, se nota mucha diferencia en el relleno,es muy muy ligero y abriga mucho. Totalmente recomendado si se encuentra bien de precio.

I was looking for a super warm down coat that I could throw on over a T shirt and be warm. THIS IS THAT COAT! Whatever material RAB is using is so nice against the skin, this coat feels so good to wear. And it’s super warm, you can wear over a T shirt go outside in 15 degree weather and feel nothing. The hood is equally as cozy and warm, and even riled up behind your neck if your not using it. It comes with the territory and I new this when I bought the coat, but it being soooo warm, it was just a little to puffy marshmallow for my tastes. Not a fault of the coat and my wife thought it looked fine, but I just felt it was too much for me. Other than that, with the proper pair of insulated pants, I think you could survive sub zero temps with just a T shirt in this coat. Really nice piece of “survival” equipment, or if you just hate being cold ever, this is the coat you need. I wore a size medium.

I did extensive research on down jackets for an upcoming Everest Base Camp Trek and RAB seems to be one of the last companies actually making mountain gear for the mountains and not for fashion (I do love everything about Patagonia but when it comes to functional gear RAB all the way). I finally landed on the RAB Positron Pro -- ethically sourced down, great features, and SUPER WARM. Its amazing how warm this jacket is for being so light. I haven't fully tested it yet, however on a few hikes (3 miles) in 40 degree weather I had to eventually take it off I was so warm. Order a size down - I first ordered a M and it was definitely big! The return process was quick and easy and the small fits perfect.

The basic jacket is excellent, however, it comes with a cheap 25 cent light gauge plastic zipper. In addition, the zipper is in the left hand position, which, I find awkward. This location is common for a women's coat.

The jacket side of the pockets have no insulation = cold hands.
