I got this to put on my apartment windows to block my dogs view to help control their excessive barking. Easy to install, great price and was definitely opaque enough to block the view without darkening the room. I'll be ordering more for the rest of my windows.

I have a first floor condo unit, that said my dog loves to bark at whoever enters/exits or walks by the building. After putting this on the window the dog stopped barking and now runs to the window in confusion when she hears someone walking by but can't see them.I also put up a version that looks like stained glass - this one works too and it is very pretty (it looks like real stained glass on the outside).Highly recommend to all dog owners!Extra bonus - my nosy neighbor is no longer peering inside my home (yes, I caught them doing this on more than one occasion, I didn't take it seriously because the culprit is elderly).

Easy to install, great tools included. Looks great. The end of the roll didn't stick like the rest did.

Our front door is all glass from the waist up along with side lights. Having only lived in our home a short time, we get so many solicitors. We also have a Great Dane and a Sheltie. It's unnerving to have people looking in the front door. I ordered this film in 2 sizes from this seller. I'll admit, I was nervous to apply the product, simply bc I didn't want to mess up! But if you follow the directions, you'll be fine! It's much easier with 2 people. Don't be afraid to use lots of soapy water! The best tip I read was to try and use uncut edges on at least 2 sides. Make sure your glass is clean and free from paint. Starting with a clean area is best! It's nice that this kit comes with everything you need!

Was so tired of the kids breaking the binds on this door, since we rent we need something temporary and cheap. I decided to buy the 16” x 72” (or whatever the smallest be is) and was the perfect amount for this window. Cutting and installing was super easy, make sure you have something like a credit card to smooth it out. Only not sure about the longevity of it as it’s just held on by water. Obviously you can see the lines if you look closely and can upgrade to the bigger sizes if you feel but as a renter it works for me.

This is thin film. Not as in faulty - it does what it's supposed to do. But it's thin enough that it folds in on itself, stretches, and wrinkles a lot more easily than other films I have used.With that said, it looks lovely and works as advertised! Just prepare for a mildly frustrating installation lol.EDIT: Yeah, this actually turned into an extremely frustrating situation. I finished the installation in the late evening, and everything looked fine. I woke up, and there are holes in the film and tearing along the sides where the knife they sent was used (carefully, btw, including meticulously aligning the film, applying it and smoothing it down, and trimming the excess flat against the window - it should not have torn). There was no resistance when cutting, likely because the film is incredibly thin and tears/stretches easily.If you feel lucky and don't mind fighting with film that is pretty easily damaged (because, and I cannot stress this enough, I treated this film delicately), give this a go. It *is* really pretty and it does block out the light... where the sides aren't messed up, at least.I have installed quite a few films over the past few years, so I'm not new to this. I would personally recommend a thicker film. If I end up having to remove this cling, I'll be investing in a better one.

I've used a different product for frosted windows and this one is far better in quality not to mention they provide all the tools you need!! So glad I got this. Thank you!

I recently moved to a new apartment and our glass sliding door would let in too much light and heat.This was perfect for this situation since it was able to cool down the room a lot and now we dont have to always be staring at our neighbors across.Only thing I wish was different was how the rolls are made. Since I couldn't find a size that would fit the window, I had to buy two sets of a narrower one. When I installed them, I noticed there was no way to make the pattern line up to make it look seamless.It's not as noticeable as I originally thought since the sunlight tends to hide it pretty well.Overall, it does the job well.
