This product is perfect. It is sleep , very stable and also compact. Perfect for people with not a lot of countertop.

Pretty

Very nice product, looks great and fits all my accessories. Only improvement would be there is a little rubber piece to stick on and support the portafilter. Its diameter is actually too small so you have to stretch it a bit when you stick it on - trivial I know but it seems odd they didn’t get it right. My portafilter handle is also a bit heavier than normal with a metal end, so it falls out… but not the fault of the holder. I prop it up with a little towel I use for cleaning.

We love the way it functions and looks, the quality is superb, I love how easy it helps us make a yummy expresó ☕️ I would buy it again.

This tamping station has a lovely design, but unfortunately, it doesn’t function as well as I’d hoped. I expected the portafilter to balance securely in the station, but it doesn’t at all—I still have to hold it in place while tamping. It’s heavy enough that it should be able to hold up a portafilter, but the shape doesn’t allow for this. It makes it a little awkward to use. On the plus side, it does keep the bottom of the portafilter off the counter, which is better for it in the long run.Another thing I didn’t love was having to stick the rubber parts on myself. It would have been much better if they came built-in. It makes cleaning a little awkward because I don’t want to cause the rubber r to fall off. Overall, it’s aesthetically pleasing but could use a few improvements to be more practical.I am happy with it enough to keep it. I am glad it’s made of solid wood, and not made of cheap plastic.
